【摘要】：正隨著消費(fèi)者購(gòu)買模式的變化、多元化零售業(yè)態(tài)形成、電子商務(wù)的快速發(fā)展、畜產(chǎn)品物流水平的提高、流通渠道的短化、消費(fèi)者食品安全意識(shí)的增強(qiáng),現(xiàn)有的畜產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈體系已不能適應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展的要求,在越來(lái)越開放、越來(lái)越復(fù)雜的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境下,要確保農(nóng)村發(fā)展、養(yǎng)殖戶增收、消費(fèi)者滿意,必須對(duì)現(xiàn)有畜產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈體系進(jìn)行變革和創(chuàng)新,構(gòu)建安全有序、動(dòng)態(tài)高效、功能完善的現(xiàn)代畜產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈體系。構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代畜產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈體系,對(duì)豐富和完善畜產(chǎn)品流通理論,促進(jìn)畜產(chǎn)品流通高效化、有序化、規(guī)�；�、專業(yè)化、組織化、安全化具有重要理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Along with the change of consumer purchase mode, the formation of diversified retail business, the rapid development of electronic commerce, the improvement of the level of animal product logistics, the shortening of circulation channels, and the enhancement of consumers' awareness of food safety, The existing supply chain system of livestock products can no longer meet the requirements of the development of the times. Under the increasingly open and complex market environment, we should ensure rural development, increase farmers' income, and satisfy consumers. It is necessary to reform and innovate the existing livestock product supply chain system and construct a modern livestock product supply chain system which is safe and orderly, dynamic and efficient, and perfect in function. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to construct the modern livestock product supply chain system to enrich and perfect the theory of animal product circulation and to promote the high efficiency, order, scale, specialization, organization and safety of animal product circulation.
