【摘要】：庫(kù)存管理對(duì)企業(yè)治理來(lái)講舉足輕重,庫(kù)存管理效率的高低直接影響公司的營(yíng)運(yùn)資本周轉(zhuǎn),而且在一定程度上對(duì)整個(gè)公司的運(yùn)營(yíng)系統(tǒng)會(huì)產(chǎn)生重大作用。隨著新興管理工具的不斷涌現(xiàn)和管理科學(xué)的不斷發(fā)展,庫(kù)存管理有了更多的內(nèi)容和重要含義,在理論界和實(shí)踐中都有巨大的研究?jī)r(jià)值。系統(tǒng)科學(xué)的發(fā)展讓庫(kù)存管理研究不能單單從某一片面的視角去研究,從整個(gè)公司的運(yùn)營(yíng)管理系統(tǒng)去研究庫(kù)存管理逐漸成為熱點(diǎn)。加強(qiáng)庫(kù)存管理不僅可以提升企業(yè)的服務(wù)價(jià)值,降低企業(yè)的管理成本,而且可以間接提升企業(yè)服務(wù)效率,提升企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。而當(dāng)前形勢(shì)下的基于供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的庫(kù)存管理模式的不斷探索與深化,為解決企業(yè)庫(kù)存管理問題提供了有效的措施和手段。 研究電站鍋爐制造企業(yè)的庫(kù)存管理,就是要把整個(gè)企業(yè)看成一個(gè)整體系統(tǒng),把內(nèi)外部供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)整合在一起進(jìn)行剖析研究,進(jìn)而提出以需求為導(dǎo)向的最優(yōu)庫(kù)存解決方案,從而在提升整個(gè)企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)效率,尋找整個(gè)企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)系統(tǒng)的最優(yōu)庫(kù)存管理方案。本論文本文首先針對(duì)SG公司的庫(kù)存管理的現(xiàn)實(shí)情況進(jìn)行了研究分析,并在基于企業(yè)現(xiàn)有庫(kù)存管理方案的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)企業(yè)庫(kù)存管理中出現(xiàn)的問題和矛盾,基于整個(gè)公司最優(yōu)庫(kù)存決策考慮提出了SG公司庫(kù)存管理的解決方案,對(duì)于電站鍋爐制造企業(yè)的庫(kù)存管理改進(jìn)具有十分巨大的借鑒價(jià)值和實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:Inventory management plays an important role in corporate governance. The efficiency of inventory management directly affects the turnover of the company's working capital, and to a certain extent will play an important role in the whole company's operating system. With the emergence of new management tools and the continuous development of management science, inventory management has more content and important meaning, which has great research value in theory and practice. With the development of system science, the research of inventory management can not be studied from a one-sided perspective, but from the whole company's operation management system to study inventory management has gradually become a hot spot. Strengthening inventory management can not only enhance the service value of enterprises, reduce the cost of management, but also indirectly enhance the efficiency of service and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Under the current situation, the continuous exploration and deepening of the inventory management model based on the supply chain system provides effective measures and means to solve the problem of enterprise inventory management. To study the inventory management of the utility boiler manufacturing enterprise is to regard the whole enterprise as a whole system, integrate the internal and external supply chain systems together for analysis and research, and then put forward the optimal inventory solution based on demand. In order to improve the operation efficiency of the whole enterprise and find the optimal inventory management scheme of the whole enterprise operation system. In this paper, first of all, this paper studies and analyzes the actual situation of SG company's inventory management, and on the basis of the existing inventory management plan, aiming at the problems and contradictions in the enterprise inventory management. Based on the optimal inventory decision of the whole company, the solution of SG Company's inventory management is put forward, which is of great reference value and practical significance for the improvement of inventory management of utility boiler manufacturing enterprises.
