基于SOA技術(shù)架構(gòu)物流管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代物流在傳統(tǒng)物流的基礎(chǔ)之上,使用計(jì)算機(jī)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)互聯(lián),同時(shí)對(duì)物流信息進(jìn)行比較科學(xué)的關(guān)系,進(jìn)而讓物流速度增加,準(zhǔn)確率提高,庫存減少,成本降低,往前擴(kuò)展到工廠發(fā)貨、貨物的檢驗(yàn)與包裝,甚至有可能牽涉生產(chǎn)廠家的原材料購買與運(yùn)輸,向后可以延伸到工廠發(fā)貨、對(duì)貨物收取、儲(chǔ)藏、發(fā)送等業(yè)務(wù)。物流信息化是當(dāng)代物流發(fā)展的趨勢(shì),它能讓商品流通里的物流、商流與信息流這幾個(gè)因素有效結(jié)合。其中的信息流最為重要,其他兩個(gè)都在信息流的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。及時(shí)的、精確的、暢通的信息可以真正的保障商流和物流的高效運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。然而,現(xiàn)實(shí)中很多物流企業(yè)的信息化資源浪費(fèi)嚴(yán)重,各個(gè)系統(tǒng)之間相互孤立,信息難以共享,形成“信息孤島”。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的核心競爭能力的提高,就需要企業(yè)對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈上游和下游的原料供應(yīng)者與客戶的不同應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行行之有效的整合,企業(yè)須采用在SOA技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)物流管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行重新構(gòu)架。SOA構(gòu)架技術(shù)是呈構(gòu)建分布式的構(gòu)架,其在整個(gè)構(gòu)架體系中是構(gòu)架的關(guān)鍵。本研究對(duì)在SOA基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)架的物流關(guān)系系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了討論。主要對(duì)下列三個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了分析:(1)對(duì)物流公司的管理信息系統(tǒng)主要特點(diǎn)與其需求進(jìn)行詳細(xì)地分析和研究,其認(rèn)為物流企業(yè)與上下游公司有明顯的聯(lián)系,并且采取SOA技術(shù)去集成業(yè)務(wù)鏈中的其他企業(yè)的進(jìn)程是必須的。(2)通過頭腦風(fēng)暴法分析A公司物流管理系統(tǒng)的具體需求,提出了一種基于SOA的企業(yè)物流信息管理系統(tǒng)集成方案,給出了其邏輯架構(gòu)和技術(shù)解決方案。(3)對(duì)方案進(jìn)行了具體的實(shí)施和開發(fā),并且對(duì)隨需應(yīng)變?cè)O(shè)計(jì)時(shí)需要解決的問題進(jìn)行了深入地探討。本文給出的設(shè)計(jì)方案雖然是以A公司為背景在介紹的,但是其中的設(shè)計(jì)方法和原則可以適用于整個(gè)物流行業(yè),因此具有良好的推廣性。(4)對(duì)方案從拓展性,可維護(hù)性,安全性,經(jīng)濟(jì)性等放方面進(jìn)行了評(píng)估。證明方案完全符合客戶的具體需求。
[Abstract]:On the basis of traditional logistics, modern logistics uses computer to interconnect data, at the same time, carries on the scientific relation to the logistics information, then causes the logistics speed to increase, the accurate rate increases, the inventory reduces, the cost reduces, the logistics speed increases, the accurate rate increases, the inventory decreases, the cost reduces, It extends to factory delivery, inspection and packaging of goods, and may even involve the purchase and transportation of raw materials by manufacturers, and can be extended to factory delivery, collection, storage, delivery of goods, etc. Logistics informatization is the trend of modern logistics development. It can effectively combine the logistics, commercial flow and information flow in commodity circulation. The flow of information is the most important, and the other two operate on the basis of the flow of information. Timely, accurate, unblocked information can really guarantee the efficient operation of business flow and logistics. However, in reality, the information resources of many logistics enterprises are wasted seriously, each system is isolated from each other, and the information is difficult to share, forming "information isolated island". In order to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise, it is necessary for the enterprise to integrate the different application systems of the upstream and downstream suppliers and customers of the supply chain effectively. The enterprise should adopt the new architecture of logistics management system on the basis of SOA technology. SOA-architecture technology is a distributed architecture, which is the key of the whole architecture system. This paper discusses the design and implementation of logistics relationship system based on SOA. This paper mainly analyzes the following three aspects: (1) the main characteristics of logistics company's management information system and its demand are analyzed and studied in detail. And it is necessary to adopt SOA technology to integrate the process of other enterprises in the business chain. (2) through the brainstorming method to analyze the specific requirements of logistics management system of company A, a kind of enterprise logistics information management system integration scheme based on SOA is put forward. The logical architecture and technical solution are given. (3) the implementation and development of the scheme are carried out, and the problems to be solved in on-demand design are discussed in depth. Although the design scheme presented in this paper is introduced in the background of company A, but the design methods and principles can be applied to the entire logistics industry, so it has a good generalization. (4) from the expansibility, maintainability and security of the scheme, The economy of equal amplifier was evaluated. To prove that the program fully meets the specific needs of the customer.
