供應鏈合作信任機制建立及信任動態(tài)均衡研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)階段,信任問題一直是我國供應鏈發(fā)展的最大阻力。因此,研究合作信任關系對供應鏈的發(fā)展及合作伙伴間信任關系的改善具有一定的必要性。 文章主要內(nèi)容為以下三部分: (1)供應鏈合作企業(yè)間信任選擇評價模型的建立及應用 文章運用Multi-Agent技術、模糊綜合評價法建立基于Multi-Agent技術的供應鏈企業(yè)信任合作伙伴選擇評價模型[2]315。在模型中,多Agent[17-19]系統(tǒng)可通過連接內(nèi)外服務器對合作企業(yè)進行快速選擇。并通過不同Agent間相互溝通協(xié)調(diào),實現(xiàn)了對合作伙伴信任的動態(tài)監(jiān)督和評估。在模型中還引入信任預警Agent,可及時對合作過程中產(chǎn)生的信任風險發(fā)出警報,以提醒企業(yè)進行控制和采取必要的措施。通過實例表明,,該模型對供應鏈信任合作伙伴的選擇評估不僅快速而且有效,還能反映供應鏈合作關系的動態(tài)變化。 (2)供應鏈合作伙伴信任關系保障模型的建立及應用 在合作伙伴選擇與信任評估模型建立的基礎上,運用Multi-Agent技術[17-19]構建了供應鏈合作信任關系保障模型。它通過各個Agent之間的相互溝通和聯(lián)系,可對合作企業(yè)下次合作是否采取信任作出決策;并能夠通過信任保障Agent調(diào)用保障措施管理庫中的保障措施對合作信任關系進行一定的保障工作,確保信任合作關系能更進一步,同時,一旦合作中出現(xiàn)信任缺失行為,系統(tǒng)也會采取相關措施對失信企業(yè)進行約束和懲罰。在對模型的使用步驟和功能進行詳細地分析之后,應用案例對該模型系統(tǒng)進行驗證。結果證明,該模型能夠實現(xiàn)對信任關系的保障、監(jiān)督和管理。 (3)基于信任度疊加和相互依賴匹配的供應鏈合作伙伴信任均衡研究 綜合文章第三章中信任選擇評價模型[2]和第四章中信任保障模型中的信任隸屬值計算方法,對在供應鏈合作發(fā)展過程中的不同類型的合作伙伴的信任隸屬值進行疊加計算,從而得到某一合作階段某合作類型企業(yè)相應的信任隸屬值;最后將其合作中對合作方的相互依賴程度與信任隸屬值進行匹配。若匹配成功則得出現(xiàn)階段兩個合作企業(yè)間的信任是最佳信任;若匹配不成功,則合作的信任關系未達到最佳信任。
[Abstract]:At present, trust problem has been the biggest resistance to the development of supply chain in China. Therefore, it is necessary to study the cooperative trust relationship for the development of supply chain and the improvement of trust relationship between partners. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) Establishment and application of trust selection evaluation model among supply chain cooperative enterprises. Multi-Agent technology is used in this paper. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish the evaluation model of trust partner selection of supply chain enterprises based on Multi-Agent technology [2] 315. In the model, multiple Agent [17-19] system can select the cooperative enterprise quickly by connecting internal and external servers. Through the communication and coordination between different Agent, the dynamic monitoring and evaluation of partner trust is realized. A trust warning agent is also introduced into the model, which can alert the trust risk in the process of cooperation in time to remind enterprises to control and take necessary measures. An example shows that this model is not only fast and effective in evaluating the selection of trust partners in supply chain. It can also reflect the dynamic change of supply chain cooperation relationship. (2) the establishment and application of supply chain partner trust relationship guarantee model is based on partner selection and trust evaluation model. The model of supply chain cooperative trust relationship is constructed by using Multi-Agent technology [17-19]. Through the mutual communication and contact between the Agent, it can make a decision on whether the cooperative enterprise will take trust or not in the next cooperation. And it can guarantee the cooperative trust relationship by invoking the safeguard measures in the safeguard measures management library of Agent, and ensure that the trust and cooperation relationship can go further, and at the same time, once there is trust deficiency behavior in the cooperation, The system will also take relevant measures to restrain and punish dishonest enterprises. After analyzing the steps and functions of the model in detail, the model system is verified by a case study. The results show that the model can guarantee the trust relationship. (3) Trust equilibrium of supply chain partner based on superposition of Trust degree and Mutual dependence matching; Trust selection Evaluation Model in Chapter 3 [2] and Trust guarantee in Chapter 4 The trust membership value calculation method in the model, The trust membership value of different types of partners in the development process of supply chain cooperation is calculated by superposition, and the corresponding trust membership value of a certain cooperation type enterprise in a certain cooperation stage is obtained. Finally, the degree of interdependence and trust membership are matched. If the match is successful, it is concluded that the trust between the two cooperative enterprises is the best trust at the present stage, and if the match is not successful, the trust relationship of the cooperation does not reach the best trust.
