基于文化視角的食品供應鏈安全風險管理研究

【摘要】:大多數(shù)企業(yè)員工失職行為的重要根源在于薄弱的企業(yè)文化,而食品供應鏈安全風險的主要誘因則是企業(yè)員工的失職行為。因而從文化視角研究食品供應鏈安全風險管理具有重要意義。本文基于文化視角,在闡述食品供應鏈安全風險管理意義的基礎上,分析了食品供應鏈安全風險管理的特點,最后提出了食品供應鏈安全風險管理的措施,包括營造食品供應鏈安全風險文化氛圍、構(gòu)建以人為本的食品供應鏈企業(yè)文化、建設食品供應鏈安全風險管理文化、重視發(fā)揮企業(yè)文化的軟約束作用。
[Abstract]:The main cause of most employees' dereliction of duty lies in the weak corporate culture, and the main inducement of food supply chain safety risk is the employee's dereliction of duty. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the safety risk management of food supply chain from the perspective of culture. Based on the cultural perspective and the significance of food supply chain safety risk management, this paper analyzes the characteristics of food supply chain safety risk management, and finally puts forward the measures of food supply chain safety risk management. It includes creating the culture atmosphere of food supply chain safety risk, constructing the enterprise culture of food supply chain, constructing the culture of food supply chain safety risk management, and paying attention to the soft restriction function of enterprise culture.
