【摘要】：水泥是生產(chǎn)生活的基礎(chǔ)物資,水泥行業(yè)是國家的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),是關(guān)系到國計民生的重要行業(yè),水泥行業(yè)的發(fā)展對整個國民經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)生直接的影響。我國水泥企業(yè)的物流現(xiàn)代化水平不高,效率相對低下,功能不完善,不能適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的需要。水泥企業(yè)在規(guī)模、效益、管理水平和物流技術(shù)等方面,與國外水泥企業(yè)相比,仍存在著許多亟待解決的問題。近年來水泥企業(yè)開始越來越重視對物流的研究,并引入供應(yīng)鏈的管理思想,以此充分挖掘“第三利潤源泉”。本文在分析我國水泥行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了XCC水泥公司的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境和企業(yè)內(nèi)部供應(yīng)物流管理模式現(xiàn)狀。從采購、庫存、供應(yīng)商管理等方面分析了XCC水泥公司存在的問題如采購時間長、采購數(shù)量準(zhǔn)確性差、與供應(yīng)商合作度低、庫存管理方式不科學(xué)、庫存量高等。針對存在的問題,本文運用相關(guān)的供應(yīng)物流管理理論并結(jié)合實際,進行定性與定量相結(jié)合的分析。對XCC水泥公司供應(yīng)物流管理模式提出改進意見和建議如運用層次分析法(AHP)篩選優(yōu)質(zhì)供應(yīng)商并建立長期的合作關(guān)系、運用經(jīng)濟型訂貨批量(EOQ)模型計算XCC水泥公司的原材料采購量和采購頻率,采用庫存ABC分類方法對XCC水泥公司庫存進行成本分類計算及庫存控制。為企業(yè)實現(xiàn)一體化供應(yīng)物流模式做充分準(zhǔn)備。從長遠角度來看,構(gòu)建完善的供應(yīng)物流管理模式對水泥企業(yè)發(fā)展具有重大意義,是降低水泥企業(yè)運作成本,為企業(yè)贏得更多利潤的必經(jīng)之路。
[Abstract]:Cement is the basic material for production and life. Cement industry is the pillar industry of the country and an important industry related to the national economy and people's livelihood. The development of the cement industry has a direct impact on the whole national economy. The level of logistics modernization of cement enterprises in China is not high, the efficiency is relatively low, the function is not perfect, and it can not meet the needs of economic development. Compared with foreign cement enterprises, there are still many problems to be solved in scale, efficiency, management level and logistics technology of cement enterprises. In recent years, cement enterprises begin to pay more and more attention to the research of logistics, and introduce the management thought of supply chain to fully tap the "third profit source". Based on the analysis of the present situation of cement industry in China, this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of XCC cement Company and the present situation of internal supply logistics management mode of XCC cement Company. From the aspects of purchasing, inventory and supplier management, the problems of XCC cement company such as long purchasing time, poor accuracy of purchasing quantity, low degree of cooperation with suppliers, unscientific inventory management and high inventory level are analyzed. In view of the existing problems, this paper combines the theory of supply logistics management with the practice to analyze the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis. To improve the supply logistics management mode of XCC cement company, such as selecting high quality suppliers by using AHP and establishing long-term cooperative relationship, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the management mode of supply logistics in XCC cement company. The cost classification and inventory control of XCC cement company inventory are calculated by using the EOQ model to calculate the raw material purchase quantity and the purchasing frequency of XCC cement company, and the ABC classification method of inventory is used to calculate the cost of XCC cement company inventory. For the enterprise to achieve integrated supply logistics model to make full preparation. From a long-term point of view, it is of great significance for cement enterprises to build a perfect supply logistics management model, which is the only way to reduce the operating cost of cement enterprises and win more profits for them.
