基于回收價(jià)格與銷售數(shù)量的再制造閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈渠道選擇模型

【摘要】:針對(duì)現(xiàn)有刻畫閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈回收數(shù)量函數(shù)的不足,構(gòu)建了與銷售數(shù)量和回收價(jià)格均相關(guān)的回收數(shù)量函數(shù).分析了三種情形下(兩個(gè)零售商參與回收,一個(gè)零售商參與回收和制造商回收)供應(yīng)鏈中成員的最優(yōu)決策問題.研究表明:新品與再制品的成本差越大,制造商越傾向于選擇兩個(gè)零售商進(jìn)行回收;然而,當(dāng)新品與再制品的成本差較小時(shí),選擇一個(gè)零售商回收或制造商自行回收,會(huì)受到市場(chǎng)規(guī)模大小,吸引系數(shù)和游移系數(shù)的影響;并說明了消費(fèi)者環(huán)保意識(shí)的提高對(duì)制造商、消費(fèi)者和社會(huì)環(huán)境都是有利的,為制造商選擇回收渠道提供了決策依據(jù).
[Abstract]:In view of the deficiency of the existing closed-loop supply chain recovery quantity function, a recovery quantity function related to both the sales quantity and the recovery price is constructed. In this paper, the optimal decision problem of members in supply chain is analyzed in three situations (two retailers participate in recovery, one retailer participates in recovery and manufacturer reclaim). Research shows that the greater the cost difference between a new product and a remanufactured product, the more likely the manufacturer is to choose two retailers for recycling; however, when the cost difference between a new product and a remanufactured product is small, a retailer is chosen to recycle or the manufacturer reclaims himself. It will be influenced by market size, attraction coefficient and migration coefficient, and it also shows that the improvement of consumers' environmental awareness is beneficial to manufacturers, consumers and social environment, and provides a decision basis for manufacturers to choose recycling channels.
