四通機(jī)械自有物流配送中心選址研究

【摘要】:伴隨著我國(guó)對(duì)鐵路基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資力度的不斷加大,鐵路現(xiàn)有里程數(shù)已突破兩萬(wàn)余公里,對(duì)已建鐵軌的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)日益成為鐵路運(yùn)營(yíng)管理機(jī)構(gòu)重要的日常工作,鐵路養(yǎng)路機(jī)械用具的需求將呈剛性增長(zhǎng)態(tài)勢(shì),由此帶動(dòng)作為鐵路養(yǎng)路機(jī)械用具最主要供應(yīng)商之一的四通機(jī)械產(chǎn)品需求量的不斷加大。但是,就目前國(guó)內(nèi)鐵路養(yǎng)路機(jī)械產(chǎn)品制造商所需關(guān)鍵零部件——E級(jí)軸承的供應(yīng)情況來(lái)看,存在著供貨渠道混亂不規(guī)范、短期逐利行為大量存在等不良現(xiàn)象,嚴(yán)重影響了供應(yīng)鏈中上下游企業(yè)之間穩(wěn)定、長(zhǎng)期合作關(guān)系的建立。這不僅制約了四通機(jī)械生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模的進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大,而且造成產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)成本的大幅上漲,例如運(yùn)輸成本和訂貨成本。因此,應(yīng)用包括物流配送中心選址的變量——中心解析法、(1,L)隨機(jī)儲(chǔ)存策略模型、基于容量限制的設(shè)施選址問(wèn)題模型、層次分析數(shù)學(xué)模型等先進(jìn)的物流配送理論與技術(shù),實(shí)行“統(tǒng)購(gòu)統(tǒng)配”的新模式以降低包括運(yùn)輸成本在內(nèi)的生產(chǎn)成本,保證四通機(jī)械下屬各子公司對(duì)于E級(jí)軸承的需求已迫在眉睫。 本文圍繞如何應(yīng)用上述先進(jìn)物流配送理論與技術(shù)來(lái)構(gòu)建“統(tǒng)購(gòu)統(tǒng)配”的新模式以達(dá)到降低成本、保證供應(yīng)這一中心問(wèn)題展開的,并通過(guò)理論與實(shí)踐的探討,指出建立四通機(jī)械自有E級(jí)軸承物流配送中心是解決上述中心問(wèn)題的最有效途徑。 本文首先廣泛搜集真實(shí)可靠的企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù),根據(jù)需求量——中心解析法(結(jié)合(1,L)隨機(jī)儲(chǔ)存策略模型)、距離值——中心解法、基于容量限制的設(shè)施選址問(wèn)題模型,在四通機(jī)械現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)布局的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)物流配送中心的選址進(jìn)行了定量計(jì)算分析,初步得出可供選擇的若干備選地址;其次,通過(guò)層次分析數(shù)學(xué)模型(即AHP方法)的應(yīng)用,在充分考慮了四通機(jī)械實(shí)際生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況的條件下,依據(jù)建立起的評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來(lái)比較上述得出的各個(gè)備選地址的優(yōu)劣,從而得出最佳備選地址;最后,本文分析了文中探討的方案可能存在的不足之處,并相應(yīng)提出了改進(jìn)建議。
[Abstract]:With the increasing investment in railway infrastructure in our country, the existing mileage of railway has exceeded more than 20,000 kilometers. The maintenance and maintenance of the railway track has become an important daily work of the railway operation and management organization. The demand for railway road maintenance machinery and appliances will show a rigid growth trend, which will lead to the increasing demand of four-way machinery products as one of the most important suppliers of railway road maintenance machinery and appliances. However, from the point of view of the supply situation of E-class bearings, which are the key parts needed by domestic railway maintenance machinery manufacturers, there are some undesirable phenomena such as the confusion of supply channels and the large number of short-term profit-driven behaviors. It seriously affects the establishment of long-term cooperative relationship between upstream and downstream enterprises in supply chain. This not only restricts the further expansion of the production and operation scale of the four-way machinery, but also results in a sharp increase in the production cost of the products, such as transportation cost and order cost. Therefore, advanced logistics distribution theory and technology are applied, such as variable center analysis method, (1L) random storage strategy model, facility location problem model based on capacity limitation, analytic hierarchy process mathematical model, and so on. In order to reduce the production cost including transportation cost, it is urgent to implement the new mode of "unified purchase and distribution" to ensure the demand of E class bearings for the subsidiaries of the four-way machinery. This paper focuses on how to apply the advanced logistics distribution theory and technology to construct a new mode of "unified purchase and distribution" in order to reduce the cost and ensure the supply. It is pointed out that the most effective way to solve the above problems is to set up the logistics distribution center of four-way machinery's class E bearing. In this paper, the real and reliable enterprise data are collected widely, according to the demand-center analytical method (combined with (1L) random storage strategy model), the distance value -center solution, the facility location problem model based on the capacity limitation. On the basis of the existing production and management layout of the four-way machinery, the location of the logistics distribution center is calculated and analyzed quantitatively, and some optional addresses are preliminarily obtained. Secondly, the application of AHP (AHP method) is introduced. Under the condition that the actual production and operation of the four-way machinery are fully considered, the advantages and disadvantages of the above mentioned alternative addresses are compared according to the established evaluation criteria, and the best alternative addresses are obtained; finally, This paper analyzes the possible shortcomings of the scheme discussed in this paper, and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement.
