延長(zhǎng)殼牌石油成品油物流管理優(yōu)化方案研究

【摘要】:伴隨著我國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)成品油零售市場(chǎng)的逐漸開(kāi)放,大型跨國(guó)石油公司一般采用和內(nèi)資企業(yè)組建合資公司的方式,參與到國(guó)內(nèi)成品油零售市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中來(lái)。作為成品油市場(chǎng)的后來(lái)者,面臨已經(jīng)形成的國(guó)內(nèi)石油零售格局,唯有在快速發(fā)展的同時(shí)不斷的降低成本,才能在兩大集團(tuán)的夾縫中尋求生存的機(jī)會(huì)。而隨著油站網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模的逐漸擴(kuò)大,成品油物流因素顯得越發(fā)重要,延長(zhǎng)殼牌石油迅速擴(kuò)張過(guò)程中,物流的瓶頸已經(jīng)成為制約發(fā)展的新問(wèn)題,這也是本文的主要研究對(duì)象。 本文通過(guò)以供應(yīng)鏈理論以及供應(yīng)鏈理論中物流理論為基礎(chǔ)依據(jù),結(jié)合成品油物流的內(nèi)涵和運(yùn)行模式,通過(guò)調(diào)查研究,比較研究以及案例研究的方法對(duì)延長(zhǎng)殼牌石油成品油物流環(huán)節(jié)的現(xiàn)狀和存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行淺析,對(duì)近兩年對(duì)物流的需求進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),并在此基礎(chǔ)之上提出了延長(zhǎng)殼牌石油成品油物流管理優(yōu)化方案以及保障措施。本文首先概述了延長(zhǎng)殼牌石油的發(fā)展歷史、主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)、組織機(jī)構(gòu)、商業(yè)原則以及成品油物流的現(xiàn)狀,隨后通過(guò)深入一線(xiàn)的調(diào)查研究,分析出了成品油物流存在的問(wèn)題和成因。然后,運(yùn)用理論知識(shí)和行業(yè)標(biāo)桿企業(yè)的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)對(duì)物流環(huán)節(jié)的需求預(yù)測(cè),提出了成品油物流管理優(yōu)化方案。最后,針對(duì)成品油物流管理形成的方案,明確了實(shí)施過(guò)程中應(yīng)注意的問(wèn)題。同時(shí),對(duì)如何保障落實(shí)提出了措施。 本文結(jié)合成品油物流的相關(guān)理論從總體規(guī)劃、目標(biāo)重點(diǎn)、實(shí)施思路、實(shí)施方案四個(gè)方面對(duì)延長(zhǎng)殼牌石油的成品油物理管理提出了優(yōu)化方案。對(duì)指導(dǎo)現(xiàn)階段的延長(zhǎng)殼牌如何提高運(yùn)營(yíng)中關(guān)鍵的物流環(huán)節(jié)的運(yùn)行效率及降低成本方面有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the gradual opening of domestic oil retail market, large multinational oil companies generally adopt the way of establishing joint ventures with domestic enterprises to participate in the competition of domestic oil products retail market. As the latecomer of the oil products market, facing the domestic oil retail pattern that has been formed, only with the rapid development and the constant reduction of the cost, can we seek the chance to survive in the gap between the two groups. With the gradual expansion of oil filling station network, the logistics factor of refined oil becomes more and more important. In the process of prolonging Shell's rapid expansion, the bottleneck of logistics has become a new problem restricting the development, which is also the main research object of this paper. On the basis of supply chain theory and logistics theory of supply chain, combined with the connotation and operation mode of refined oil logistics, this paper makes an investigation and research. The methods of comparative study and case study are used to analyze the present situation and existing problems of the logistics link of Yanchang Shell Petroleum Product Oil, and forecast the demand of logistics in the last two years. On this basis, the optimized logistics management scheme and the safeguard measures are put forward. In this paper, the development history, main business, organization, commercial principle and current situation of product oil logistics of Yanchang Shell are summarized, and then the problems and causes of product oil logistics are analyzed through in-depth investigation and research. Then, using the theory knowledge and the advanced experience of the benchmarking enterprise to forecast the demand of the logistics link, the optimization scheme of the logistics management of the finished oil is put forward. Finally, according to the scheme of product oil logistics management, the problems that should be paid attention to in the process of implementation are clarified. At the same time, how to ensure the implementation of measures. Combined with the related theory of product oil logistics, this paper puts forward an optimized scheme for the physical management of refined oil products of Yanchang Shell from four aspects: general planning, objective focus, implementation idea and implementation plan. It has certain reference value for instructing how to improve the operation efficiency and reduce the cost of the key logistics link.
