【摘要】：“農(nóng)超對(duì)接”作為我國(guó)最近幾年在解決鮮活農(nóng)產(chǎn)品“供需難題”和“物流困境”中的一種重要的手段，正在我國(guó)廣大地區(qū)有條不紊地開(kāi)展起來(lái)。但是，“農(nóng)超對(duì)接”作為一種新的政策舉措，目前也暴露出了一定的問(wèn)題，其中“農(nóng)超對(duì)接”訂單違約問(wèn)題的時(shí)有發(fā)生正在成為阻礙其深入開(kāi)展的一個(gè)亟待解決的問(wèn)題。為了使“農(nóng)超對(duì)接”能夠在我國(guó)健康、深入地開(kāi)展下去，就需要對(duì)于其中的違約問(wèn)題進(jìn)行相關(guān)研究，得到解決違約問(wèn)題的辦法。 本文從“農(nóng)超對(duì)接”過(guò)程中的訂單違約問(wèn)題入手，通過(guò)研究相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)和案例，分析了“農(nóng)超對(duì)接”中訂單違約問(wèn)題的主要類(lèi)型以及造成“農(nóng)超對(duì)接”中訂單違約的主要原因。將“農(nóng)超對(duì)接”的整個(gè)過(guò)程看作一個(gè)整體，，利用供應(yīng)鏈管理的視角，將其看成一個(gè)復(fù)雜自適應(yīng)系統(tǒng)，構(gòu)建了“農(nóng)超對(duì)接”違約問(wèn)題系統(tǒng)，并通過(guò)對(duì)這一系統(tǒng)的分析構(gòu)建起了“農(nóng)超對(duì)接”違約問(wèn)題仿真模型。之后，利用基于多智能體Agent的研究手段，對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)，并根據(jù)不同實(shí)驗(yàn)狀態(tài)中得出的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)論總結(jié)出了本研究的結(jié)論。最后，依據(jù)這些得到的結(jié)論，提出了相關(guān)的對(duì)策和建議，并根據(jù)研究的實(shí)際情況，提出了后續(xù)相關(guān)研究的展望。
[Abstract]:As an important means to solve the problem of supply and demand of fresh and live agricultural products and the dilemma of logistics in recent years, "Agricultural Super docking" is being carried out methodically in the vast areas of our country. However, as a new policy measure, "Agricultural Super-docking" has also exposed some problems, among which the frequent occurrence of "Rural Super-docking" order breach is becoming an urgent problem to be solved. In order to make the "agricultural super docking" in our country health, in-depth development, it is necessary to carry out a related study on the issue of breach of contract. This paper begins with the problem of order breach in the process of "agricultural super docking", and through the study of relevant literature and cases, This paper analyzes the main types of order breach in Agricultural Super-docking and the main causes of order breach in Agricultural Super-docking. The whole process of "agricultural super docking" is regarded as a whole, and it is regarded as a complex adaptive system from the perspective of supply chain management, and the default problem system of "agricultural super docking" is constructed. And through the analysis of this system, the simulation model of the default problem of "agricultural super docking" is constructed. After that, the model is simulated by using the method of multi-agent Agent, and the conclusion of this study is summarized according to the experimental results in different experimental states. Finally, according to these conclusions, the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, and according to the actual situation of the study, the prospect of follow-up related research is put forward.
