【摘要】：研究解決生物質原料庫存和生產聯(lián)合優(yōu)化的問題,結合在精煉廠內采用不同方式對生物質原料進行存儲的發(fā)展趨勢,針對隨機性存儲理論以生物乙醇精煉廠利潤最大化為目標建立數(shù)學模型,并證明模型存在最優(yōu)解。由于模型難以得出解析解,采用蒙特卡羅方法進行數(shù)值仿真,得出在需求服從正態(tài)分布情況下精煉廠的最優(yōu)庫存量及利潤。通過靈敏度分析討論原料價格和存儲方式兩種因素對精煉廠庫存水平和總體利潤的影響,分析得出相互之間的變化關系。建立的模型可以得到在存儲條件對生產產出有一定影響時的庫存優(yōu)化策略,為精煉廠的庫存決策問題提供了有效的方法。
[Abstract]:Research and solve the problem of biomass raw material inventory and production optimization, combined with the development trend of using different ways to store biomass raw materials in refineries. Aiming at the stochastic storage theory, a mathematical model is established to maximize the profit of bioethanol refineries, and it is proved that the model has an optimal solution. Because the model is difficult to get an analytical solution, Monte Carlo method is used to carry out numerical simulation, and the optimal inventory and profit of refineries are obtained under the condition of normal distribution of demand. Through sensitivity analysis, the effects of raw material price and storage mode on inventory level and total profit of refineries are discussed, and the relationship between these two factors is obtained. The established model can obtain the inventory optimization strategy when storage conditions have a certain impact on the production output, which provides an effective method for inventory decision-making in refineries.
