【摘要】：影響食品環(huán)境安全的因素貫穿于食品供應(yīng)的全過程,從生產(chǎn)、加工、包裝、流通到消費(fèi),每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都可能受到不同程度的環(huán)境污染。這既影響了整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈的效益,也增大了食品環(huán)境安全的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。因此,要用食品供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)的方法去實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控食品供應(yīng)中的環(huán)境污染,把污染災(zāi)害降到最低。
[Abstract]:The factors affecting food environmental safety run through the whole process of food supply, from production, processing, packaging, circulation to consumption, each link may be subjected to varying degrees of environmental pollution. This not only affects the efficiency of the entire supply chain, but also increases the risk of food environmental safety. Therefore, the method of environmental assessment in food supply chain should be used to monitor the environmental pollution in food supply in real time, and to minimize the pollution disaster.
