汽車配件供應鏈協(xié)同預測補貨及業(yè)務協(xié)同系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟一體化的逐漸凸顯,全球市場的競爭越來越激烈,企業(yè)在這種環(huán)境下被迫需要面對一個快速變化的并且無法預測的買方市場和多樣化主觀需求的消費者,企業(yè)現(xiàn)有的管理思想已經(jīng)不能保證企業(yè)在這種新的競爭形勢下占得先機。一個配件從它的設計到制造、檢驗到運輸都要涉及這條供應鏈上多個企業(yè)的合作,各企業(yè)在新的形勢下應該加強相互之間的信任,共享供應鏈上配件的各種信息,以協(xié)作的方式來應對當今市場經(jīng)濟的復雜形勢。本文分析了某汽車配件供應鏈管理的現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了該汽車配件供應鏈管理面臨的一些問題,包括供應鏈企業(yè)協(xié)作不高;預測不夠準確;物流成本較高;供應鏈上各企業(yè)敝帚自珍,信息共享度不高等。為該配件公司引入了CPFR協(xié)同式供應鏈管理技術(shù),它是建立在VMI和其他的管理模式的實踐基礎上,摒棄了VMI等管理模式的主要缺點,對供應鏈企業(yè)在提升相互信任度,減少整條供應鏈的庫存,提高配件預測精度都有很大的幫助。對CPFR模式下的供應鏈管理流程進行了研究,并將其應用到汽車配件供應鏈業(yè)務協(xié)同管理系統(tǒng)中,設計了配件供應鏈業(yè)務協(xié)同系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),優(yōu)化了業(yè)務流程,并設計了一種組合預測模型來預測配件的需求,為該公司配件的采購部、經(jīng)銷商/服務商的配件訂購數(shù)量提供一定參考,從而達到減小配件供應鏈庫存成本的目的。本文通過對某汽車的配件供應鏈業(yè)務進行需求調(diào)研,對業(yè)務流程進行詳細的分析,應用協(xié)同思想,將整個系統(tǒng)分為平臺系統(tǒng)和內(nèi)部系統(tǒng),配件廠通過平臺系統(tǒng)和經(jīng)銷商/服務站進行交互,然后將信息交換到廠內(nèi)系統(tǒng)進行訂單和庫存的處理,處理完成后將結(jié)果發(fā)布到平臺系統(tǒng)上,這樣就可以實現(xiàn)配件廠和經(jīng)銷商/服務站的協(xié)同,從而達到減小供應鏈庫存的目的。
[Abstract]:With the increasing globalization of the global economy, the competition in the global market is becoming more and more intense. In this environment, enterprises are forced to face a rapidly changing and unpredictable buyer's market and consumers with diversified subjective needs. The existing management ideas of enterprises can not guarantee that enterprises can take the lead in this new competitive situation. A component from its design to manufacture, inspection to transport involves the cooperation of multiple enterprises in the supply chain. Under the new situation, enterprises should strengthen mutual trust and share all kinds of information about the accessories in the supply chain. To cooperate to deal with the complex situation of today's market economy. This paper analyzes the present situation of the supply chain management of a certain automobile parts, and summarizes some problems faced by the supply chain management of the automobile parts, including the low cooperation of the supply chain enterprises, the inaccurate prediction, the high logistics cost and the low cost of the supply chain. On the supply chain, the enterprises are so valuable that the degree of information sharing is not high. The CPFR collaborative supply chain management technology is introduced to the accessories company. It is based on the practice of VMI and other management models. It abandons the main shortcomings of VMI management model, and promotes mutual trust to supply chain enterprises. Reducing the inventory of the entire supply chain, improving the accuracy of parts prediction are of great help. This paper studies the supply chain management process in CPFR mode, and applies it to the auto parts supply chain business cooperation management system, designs the spare parts supply chain business cooperation system architecture, and optimizes the business process. A combined forecasting model is designed to predict the demand of accessories, which can provide a reference for the purchasing department, dealers and service providers of the accessories, so as to reduce the inventory cost of the spare parts supply chain. In this paper, the whole system is divided into the platform system and the internal system by investigating the demand of the auto parts supply chain business, analyzing the business process in detail and applying the cooperative thought. The accessory factory interacts with the dealer / service station through the platform system, and then exchanges the information to the in-plant system for order and inventory processing. After processing, the result is released to the platform system. In this way, we can realize the cooperation between the parts factory and the dealer / service station, and reduce the supply chain inventory.
