S連鎖酒店裝潢材料采購管理改善研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著市場競爭的日益激烈,,采購對企業(yè)競爭力的影響越來越顯著。在這種背景下,很多企業(yè)開始完善與優(yōu)化采購管理過程,通過采購成本的節(jié)約、采購效率的提升、采購質(zhì)量的把控塑造企業(yè)核心競爭力。對于S連鎖酒店來講也是這樣,完善采購管理體系已經(jīng)成為其獲取市場競爭優(yōu)勢的關(guān)鍵。 本文運(yùn)用SWOT分析法、層次分析法、因素研究法等方法,對S連鎖酒店裝潢材料采購管理改善問題展開探討。首先對S連鎖酒店裝潢材料采購管理改善研究的背景、意義進(jìn)行分析,對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理,形成論文研究的現(xiàn)實(shí)與理論基礎(chǔ)。然后運(yùn)用SWOT模型對S連鎖酒店經(jīng)營狀況的內(nèi)部優(yōu)勢、劣勢,外部機(jī)會(huì)、威脅進(jìn)行分析,明確采購管理改善對S酒店生存與發(fā)展的重要意義,并從S連鎖酒店裝潢材料采購的運(yùn)作模式、供應(yīng)商管理體系及加盟商采購管理等方面對其采購管理的現(xiàn)狀和問題加以分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步明確了影響S連鎖酒店裝潢材料采購管理的內(nèi)外部因素,指出了其采購管理應(yīng)該把握的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)。最后,以前面的各項(xiàng)分析結(jié)果為依據(jù),提出了S連鎖酒店裝潢材料采購管理改善的總體思路和框架,并從組織結(jié)構(gòu)、物料分類、采購模式與流程、供應(yīng)商管理、物流管理及準(zhǔn)時(shí)采購管理等幾方面分別提出了具體改善措施,包括組織結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化流程、供應(yīng)商管理流程、準(zhǔn)時(shí)采購管理流程,以及運(yùn)用層次分析法構(gòu)建評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系對供應(yīng)商的選擇進(jìn)行量化分析的方法與應(yīng)用結(jié)果。論文的研究結(jié)果對提升S連鎖酒店裝潢材料采購的效率具有一定的參考借鑒價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasingly fierce market competition, the impact of procurement on the competitiveness of enterprises is becoming more and more significant. In this context, many enterprises began to improve and optimize the procurement management process, through the savings of procurement costs, procurement efficiency, procurement quality control to shape the core competitiveness of enterprises. It is also true for S chain hotels. Improving the purchasing management system has become the key to obtain the market competitive advantage. This paper discusses how to improve the procurement and management of decoration materials in S chain hotels by means of SWOT analysis, analytic hierarchy process and factor research. Firstly, the background and significance of the research on the improvement of procurement and improvement of decoration materials in S chain hotels are analyzed, and the relevant research documents at home and abroad are combed to form the realistic and theoretical basis of the paper. Then using the SWOT model to analyze the internal advantages, disadvantages, external opportunities and threats of S chain hotels, and make clear the significance of the improvement of purchasing management to the survival and development of S hotel. The present situation and problems of procurement management are analyzed from the aspects of S chain hotel decoration material purchasing mode, supplier management system and franchisee purchasing management. On this basis, the internal and external factors affecting the procurement management of decoration materials in S chain hotels are further clarified, and the key points of procurement management are pointed out. Finally, based on the above analysis results, the paper puts forward the general idea and framework of improving the procurement management of decoration materials in S chain hotel, and from the organizational structure, material classification, procurement model and process, supplier management, Logistics management and just-in-time procurement management and other aspects of specific improvement measures, including organizational structure optimization process, supplier management process, on time procurement management process, And the method and application result of quantitative analysis of supplier selection by using AHP to construct evaluation index system. The results of this paper have some reference value for improving the efficiency of procurement of decoration materials in S chain hotel.
