【摘要】：近幾年,鑒于供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)對(duì)提高企業(yè)整體管理績效越來越重要,同時(shí)供應(yīng)鏈管理的理論研究和應(yīng)用研究已經(jīng)成為國家關(guān)注的學(xué)科領(lǐng)域,供應(yīng)鏈管理的研究仍然具有時(shí)代性的需求,而供應(yīng)鏈管理績效研究中,供應(yīng)鏈瓶頸管理是其較重要的一個(gè)方面。隨著消費(fèi)者權(quán)益保障法的實(shí)施、國家產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的提高、市場供過于求等原因,站在客戶的角度考核供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的管理績效有迫切的需求。而且客戶對(duì)供應(yīng)商提供的產(chǎn)品因素中,最關(guān)注的就是產(chǎn)品交貨期和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題,同時(shí)在買賣合同中約定當(dāng)供應(yīng)商違反交貨期和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量要求時(shí)所給予的懲罰成本,綜上所述,本文的主要研究對(duì)象是基于懲罰成本的供應(yīng)鏈響應(yīng)時(shí)間瓶頸和供應(yīng)鏈產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量瓶頸以及這兩者的混合瓶頸識(shí)別問題。具體研究內(nèi)容如下： 第一部分,閱讀和分析國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn),整理出目前有關(guān)供應(yīng)鏈瓶頸研究,特別是關(guān)于生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)瓶頸研究的主要應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域和應(yīng)用情況,識(shí)別和研究的主要方法、理論和工具,同時(shí)更加深入地了解現(xiàn)存的研究情況,為下文提出各種定義和假設(shè)等奠定基礎(chǔ)。 第二部分,本文在研究供應(yīng)鏈瓶頸的定義和理論時(shí)提出了一個(gè)研究供應(yīng)鏈管理的基本觀點(diǎn),那就是企業(yè)進(jìn)行供應(yīng)鏈瓶頸識(shí)別時(shí)應(yīng)該結(jié)合企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的目標(biāo)進(jìn)行,同時(shí)基于該觀點(diǎn)對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈瓶頸進(jìn)行重新定義并且提出了供應(yīng)鏈瓶頸的識(shí)別原則,通過這樣才能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)各個(gè)企業(yè)的目標(biāo),更加切合各個(gè)企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況,從而提高研究的實(shí)用性。 第三部分,通過對(duì)國內(nèi)外有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的閱讀和分析,了解到大部分學(xué)者進(jìn)行供應(yīng)鏈瓶頸識(shí)別使用的方法有：首先是根據(jù)生產(chǎn)過程的不同特點(diǎn)分類型采用不同的方法,然后是仿真的方法,最后是數(shù)學(xué)模型的方法。本文通過分析目前供應(yīng)鏈瓶頸識(shí)別方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),并且在考慮企業(yè)在運(yùn)用理論知識(shí)時(shí)所面臨的實(shí)際條件和環(huán)境問題基礎(chǔ)上,提出了供應(yīng)鏈瓶頸識(shí)別的新思路,那就是站在客戶的角度來考慮供應(yīng)鏈瓶頸對(duì)企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理績效的影響,從而完善了目前供應(yīng)鏈管理研究視角,特別是供應(yīng)鏈瓶頸的識(shí)別研究視角。 第四部分,本文在該識(shí)別思路的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)識(shí)別原則進(jìn)行了定義和描述,通過利用數(shù)學(xué)方法,構(gòu)建了基于懲罰成本的供應(yīng)鏈響應(yīng)時(shí)間瓶頸識(shí)別模型、供應(yīng)鏈產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量瓶頸的識(shí)別模型和復(fù)合瓶頸的識(shí)別模型。 第五部分,利用實(shí)際算例對(duì)本文提出的模型進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,并分析了驗(yàn)證的結(jié)果。 通過研究,本文認(rèn)為結(jié)合企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的目標(biāo)來研究供應(yīng)鏈管理績效特別是供應(yīng)鏈瓶頸管理更能夠反映企業(yè)實(shí)際的需求,同時(shí)站在客戶的角度進(jìn)行供應(yīng)鏈瓶頸的識(shí)別更加能夠反映企業(yè)面臨的實(shí)際情況,所以基于懲罰成本的供應(yīng)鏈瓶頸識(shí)別研究不僅是一個(gè)研究供應(yīng)鏈瓶頸識(shí)別的新視角,同時(shí)對(duì)于企業(yè)實(shí)際運(yùn)行情況有一定的意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in view of the increasing importance of supply chain system to improving the overall management performance of enterprises, the theoretical research and Application Research of supply chain management have become the subject areas of concern of the country. The research on supply chain management still has the requirements of the times. In the study of performance of supply chain management, the bottleneck management of supply chain is the most important. One aspect, with the implementation of the consumer rights and interests protection law, the improvement of the requirements of the national product quality standards and the oversupply of the market, it is urgent to check the management performance of the supply chain system from the customer's point of view. And among the product factors that the customer provides to the suppliers, the most concern is the product delivery time and the quality of the product. In the meantime, the main object of this paper is the bottleneck of the supply chain response time and the quality bottleneck of the supply chain, and the problem of the mixed bottleneck identification. The specific research content is as follows. :
The first part, reading and analyzing the domestic and foreign literature, collate the current research on the bottleneck of supply chain, especially the main application areas and applications of the research on the bottleneck of the production system, the main methods, the theory and the tools of identification and research, and more in-depth understanding of the existing research situation, and put forward various definitions and hypotheses for the following. Lay the foundation.
The second part, in the study of the definition and theory of supply chain bottlenecks, this paper puts forward a basic view of supply chain management, which is that enterprises should combine the objectives of enterprise survival and development to identify the bottleneck of supply chain, and redefine the bottleneck of Supply Chain Based on this view and put forward the bottleneck of supply chain. The principle of recognition can achieve the goals of various enterprises and meet the actual conditions of enterprises so as to improve the practicability of the research.
In the third part, through the reading and analysis of the relevant literature at home and abroad, it is understood that most of the methods used by the scholars in supply chain bottleneck identification are as follows: first, different methods are adopted according to the different characteristics of the production process, then the method of simulation, and finally the method of mathematical model. On the basis of the actual conditions and environmental problems faced by enterprises in the use of theoretical knowledge, a new idea of supply chain bottleneck identification is proposed, which is to consider the impact of supply chain bottlenecks on the performance of supply chain management in the perspective of customers, thus improving the current supply chain management research. Especially from the perspective of identifying supply chain bottlenecks.
In the fourth part, the recognition principle is defined and described on the basis of the recognition idea. By using the mathematical method, the Bottleneck Identification Model of the supply chain response time based on the penalty cost, the identification model of the quality bottleneck of the supply chain and the identification model of the compound bottleneck are constructed.
In the fifth part, we validate the model in this paper by using a practical example and analyze the results of verification.
Through the study, this paper considers that the supply chain management performance, especially the supply chain bottleneck management, can reflect the actual needs of the enterprise, especially the supply chain bottleneck management. At the same time, the identification of supply chain bottlenecks in the perspective of the customer is more capable of reflecting the actual situation of the enterprise, so the supply chain based on the penalty cost Bottleneck recognition research is not only a new perspective to study the Bottleneck Identification of supply chain, but also has a certain significance for the actual operation of enterprises.
