【摘要】：從政府、企業(yè)以及消費(fèi)者3個(gè)維度,系統(tǒng)分析了可持續(xù)供應(yīng)鏈管理的影響因素,并應(yīng)用DEMATEL方法定量分析了因素間的相互作用,根據(jù)量化結(jié)果進(jìn)行因果分類(lèi)和重要性分析,指出管理者的支持與承諾、政策與機(jī)制、員工參與度、宣傳教育等因素是影響企業(yè)實(shí)施可持續(xù)供應(yīng)鏈管理的關(guān)鍵因素。因此,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)政府引導(dǎo)、健全政策機(jī)制、強(qiáng)化宣傳推廣并鼓勵(lì)企業(yè)管理者支持與承諾,以此推動(dòng)我國(guó)企業(yè)實(shí)施可持續(xù)供應(yīng)鏈管理。
[Abstract]:From the three dimensions of government, enterprise and consumer, this paper systematically analyzes the influencing factors of sustainable supply chain management, and applies DEMATEL method to quantitatively analyze the interaction between factors, and makes causal classification and importance analysis according to the quantitative results. It is pointed out that the support and commitment of managers, policies and mechanisms, employee participation, publicity and education are the key factors affecting the implementation of sustainable supply chain management in enterprises. Therefore, we should strengthen the guidance of the government, perfect the policy mechanism, strengthen the propaganda and promotion and encourage the support and commitment of enterprise managers, so as to promote the implementation of sustainable supply chain management in Chinese enterprises.
