【摘要】：農(nóng)超對(duì)接作為農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通的一種新方式,已經(jīng)引起越來(lái)越多的學(xué)者的關(guān)注。它被稱(chēng)作我國(guó)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品發(fā)展的一次改革,提高了農(nóng)戶(hù)的收入,使得超市可以直接采購(gòu)到質(zhì)量安全可靠的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品。同時(shí)它能夠維護(hù)消費(fèi)者的合法權(quán)益,實(shí)現(xiàn)了農(nóng)戶(hù),超市和消費(fèi)者之間的共贏(yíng)。農(nóng)超對(duì)接模式的出現(xiàn),使得農(nóng)戶(hù)和超市直接對(duì)接起來(lái),提高了農(nóng)戶(hù)的地位,維護(hù)了農(nóng)戶(hù)和超市之間的關(guān)系。另一方面,它還減少了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的流通環(huán)節(jié),避免了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的不必要的損耗,降低了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的采購(gòu)成本。由此可見(jiàn),農(nóng)超對(duì)接模式對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展有著重要的意義。在實(shí)際生活中,若要農(nóng)超對(duì)接模式有效的運(yùn)行,重點(diǎn)就要看利益分配能否公平合理。如果利益得到了公平合理地分配,農(nóng)戶(hù)和超市就會(huì)更加緊密地合作,創(chuàng)造出更多的利潤(rùn),最后就會(huì)形成一個(gè)良性循環(huán),使得農(nóng)超對(duì)接模式高效地運(yùn)行下去。本文正是基于這樣的思想,從農(nóng)超對(duì)接利益分配的角度出發(fā),建立了兩種不同的模型對(duì)利益分配問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究。在基于農(nóng)產(chǎn)品需求受到努力因素影響下的農(nóng)超對(duì)接模型中,通過(guò)對(duì)模型的求解,發(fā)現(xiàn)在努力因素下,單純的收益共享契約不具有協(xié)調(diào)農(nóng)超對(duì)接流通模式的作用。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文考慮了激勵(lì)機(jī)制的方法,通過(guò)采取激勵(lì)措施,提高超市的促銷(xiāo)努力水平。因此,本文建立了基于激勵(lì)機(jī)制的利益分配模型,并對(duì)模型求解和分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)在采取激勵(lì)措施后,這種方法可以有效的協(xié)調(diào)供應(yīng)鏈。論文最后對(duì)第一種方法不能協(xié)調(diào)供應(yīng)鏈的原因進(jìn)行了分析。
[Abstract]:As a new way of agricultural products circulation, agricultural super-docking has attracted more and more scholars' attention. It is called a reform of the development of agricultural products in China, which increases the income of farmers and enables supermarkets to purchase directly the quality, safety and reliability of agricultural products. At the same time, it can protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and achieve a win-win situation between farmers, supermarkets and consumers. The appearance of agricultural super docking mode makes farmers and supermarkets connect directly, improve the status of farmers, and maintain the relationship between farmers and supermarkets. On the other hand, it also reduces the circulation of agricultural products, avoids unnecessary losses of agricultural products, and reduces the purchasing cost of agricultural products. Thus, the agricultural super-docking model has important significance for the development of agricultural products. In real life, if the mode of agricultural super-docking is to operate effectively, the emphasis should be on whether the distribution of benefits is fair and reasonable. If the benefits are distributed fairly and reasonably, farmers and supermarkets will cooperate more closely, create more profits, and finally form a virtuous circle, which will make the mode of agricultural super docking run efficiently. In this paper, based on this idea, two different models are established to study the problem of benefit distribution. In the agricultural super docking model based on the agricultural product demand affected by the effort factors, through solving the model, it is found that under the effort factor, the simple income sharing contract does not have the function of coordinating the agricultural super docking circulation model. On this basis, this paper considers the method of incentive mechanism, through the adoption of incentive measures to improve the level of supermarket promotion efforts. Therefore, the model of interest distribution based on incentive mechanism is established, and the model is solved and analyzed. It is found that this method can effectively coordinate the supply chain after taking incentive measures. Finally, the paper analyzes the reasons why the first method can not coordinate the supply chain.
