面向產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈協(xié)同SaaS平臺(tái)的流程定制系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈?zhǔn)怯捎邢迋(gè)體單元組成圍繞核心企業(yè)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織,產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈協(xié)同SaaS平臺(tái)就是以這個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織作為研究對(duì)象,為產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上下游的企業(yè)提供一套以動(dòng)態(tài)聯(lián)盟方式實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)同公共服務(wù)平臺(tái)的解決方案[1]。平臺(tái)以同一套軟硬件系統(tǒng)支持以龍頭企業(yè)為核心的多企業(yè)群的業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)同,由于不同企業(yè)群對(duì)于相同業(yè)務(wù)有不同的業(yè)務(wù)流程需求,因此,要求平臺(tái)支持用戶在應(yīng)用時(shí)進(jìn)行個(gè)性化定制且不影響其他用戶的使用。 本文結(jié)合國(guó)家863計(jì)劃課題“汽車(chē)及工程機(jī)械多產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)同服務(wù)平臺(tái)研發(fā)”和國(guó)家科技支撐計(jì)劃課題“汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)全程供應(yīng)鏈第三方物流服務(wù)平臺(tái)研發(fā)與應(yīng)用”,針對(duì)SaaS的多租戶特點(diǎn)和產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈企業(yè)間圍繞核心企業(yè)開(kāi)展業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)同的特點(diǎn),對(duì)面向產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈協(xié)同SaaS平臺(tái)的流程定制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究,具體包括: (1)根據(jù)企業(yè)群和產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈協(xié)同SaaS平臺(tái)對(duì)本系統(tǒng)功能的需求,從流程定制工具、流程控制引擎和安全機(jī)制三方面對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析。 (2)對(duì)流程定制技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究,通過(guò)建立業(yè)務(wù)流程與業(yè)務(wù)功能之間的映射關(guān)系和企業(yè)群與業(yè)務(wù)流程之間的定制關(guān)系,構(gòu)建SaaS平臺(tái)面向多企業(yè)群的業(yè)務(wù)流程定制模型和面向多層次定制的元數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)模型,并提出業(yè)務(wù)流程驅(qū)動(dòng)規(guī)則和加載控制方法。 (3)針對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈協(xié)同SaaS平臺(tái)企業(yè)群以盟主企業(yè)為核心的業(yè)務(wù)流定制過(guò)程中的流程規(guī)則編排、存儲(chǔ)/訪問(wèn)以及執(zhí)行控制三個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)可能存在的安全隱患,建立了基于數(shù)字簽名及業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)例關(guān)聯(lián)的業(yè)務(wù)流程安全控制模型和相應(yīng)算法。 (4)對(duì)流程定制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)描述,著重分析了流程定制工具的界面設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)、流程控制引擎的實(shí)現(xiàn)和流程定制安全機(jī)制的功能實(shí)現(xiàn)。本文通過(guò)基于SaaS的汽車(chē)零部件產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈?zhǔn)酆蠓⻊?wù)平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)上業(yè)務(wù)流程定制和業(yè)務(wù)活動(dòng)的執(zhí)行情況,對(duì)流程定制系統(tǒng)功能進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:Industrial chain is a network organization which is composed of limited individual units and revolves around the core enterprise. The collaborative SaaS platform of industry chain takes this network organization as the research object. To provide a solution for the upstream and downstream enterprises of the industrial chain to realize the business cooperative public service platform by dynamic alliance [1]. The platform uses the same software and hardware system to support the business cooperation of the multi-enterprise group with the leading enterprise as the core. Because different enterprise groups have different business process requirements for the same business, therefore, The platform is required to support user customization in application without affecting the use of other users. This paper combines the national 863 project, "Research and development of cooperative service platform of automobile and construction machinery multi-industry chain" and the project of national science and technology support plan, "Research and application of third party logistics service platform in the whole supply chain of automobile industry". In view of the multi-tenant characteristic of SaaS and the characteristics of business cooperation among industry chain enterprises around the core enterprises, the process customization system oriented to industrial chain collaborative SaaS platform is studied, which includes: 1) according to the demand of enterprise group and industry chain collaborative SaaS platform for the function of the system, the system is analyzed in detail from three aspects: process customization tool, process control engine and security mechanism. 2) Research on process customization technology, through establishing mapping relationship between business process and business function and customization relationship between enterprise group and business process, The business process customization model for multi-enterprise groups and the multi-level customization metadata storage model for SaaS platform are constructed, and business process-driven rules and loading control methods are proposed. 3) aiming at the process rules arrangement, storage / access and execution control in the process of business flow customization, which is the core of the enterprise cluster of industry chain cooperation SaaS platform, there are three possible security risks, such as the process rules arrangement, the storage / access, and the execution control. The security control model and algorithm of business process based on digital signature and business instance association are established. The design and implementation of the process customization system are described in detail. The interface design and implementation of the process customization tool, the implementation of the process control engine and the function realization of the process customization security mechanism are emphatically analyzed. This paper verifies the function of the process customization system through the implementation of business process customization and business activities on the after-sales service platform system of automotive parts industry chain based on SaaS.
