【摘要】：世界范圍內自然災害日益頻發(fā),使得災后救援供應鏈逐漸得到學者們的重視并成為一個新興的研究領域。首先考慮救災需求不確定性,以及供應不足或過度給予相關處罰,構建出滿足救災需求的災后救援供應鏈網(wǎng)絡設計模型。同時引入與增強鏈接容量相關的供應鏈投資活動,并充分考慮救災物資是否外包的情況,以有效提升救災的柔性。其次,基于變分不等式及歐拉公式,構建模型求解方法。最后,通過算例驗證了模型的有效性。滿足救災需求約束下的成本最小化目標使得研究結果更加適用于災情穩(wěn)定后,救災支持階段的運作,以及災害等級較輕的情形。
[Abstract]:With the increasing frequency of natural disasters around the world, the supply chain of post-disaster relief has been paid more and more attention by scholars and become a new research field. Firstly, considering the uncertainty of disaster relief demand and the punishment of insufficient or excessive supply, a design model of post-disaster relief supply chain network is constructed to meet the disaster relief demand. At the same time, the supply chain investment activities related to the enhancement of link capacity are introduced, and the outsourcing of relief materials is fully considered in order to effectively enhance the flexibility of disaster relief. Secondly, based on variational inequality and Euler formula, the method of solving the model is constructed. Finally, the validity of the model is verified by an example. To meet the cost minimization target under the constraints of disaster relief needs, the results of the study are more suitable for the operation of the disaster relief support stage after the disaster situation is stable, and for the situation where the disaster level is relatively low.
