【摘要】：伴隨著我國(guó)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展、人們收入和生活要求的提高,卷煙消費(fèi)需求不斷擴(kuò)大,卷煙出入庫(kù)頻率加快。而在傳統(tǒng)的煙草物流倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理中,卷煙出入庫(kù)等業(yè)務(wù)操作仍是沿用傳統(tǒng)的手工作業(yè)模式,主要依靠手持式條碼掃描設(shè)備掃碼入庫(kù)、計(jì)算機(jī)錄入信息,使用過(guò)程中不能及時(shí)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)共享,無(wú)法對(duì)物流配送信息進(jìn)行一體化管理,使倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)信息流落后于物流,已無(wú)法滿(mǎn)足“數(shù)字煙草”對(duì)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理的需求。本文在研究RFID技術(shù)工作原理和傳統(tǒng)倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理流程的基礎(chǔ)上,以開(kāi)發(fā)可使用的RFID倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理系統(tǒng)為目標(biāo),分析探討RFID技術(shù)在煙草企業(yè)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理中的應(yīng)用模式和系統(tǒng)框架,將RFID技術(shù)引入傳統(tǒng)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理流程,從整體上優(yōu)化改善驗(yàn)收入庫(kù)、在庫(kù)管理、出庫(kù)管理的業(yè)務(wù)流程,完成了系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)軟件設(shè)計(jì)和系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),并按照各個(gè)功能需求設(shè)計(jì)5個(gè)子系統(tǒng),分別包括托盤(pán)識(shí)別子系統(tǒng)、信息分析子系統(tǒng)、叉車(chē)子系統(tǒng)、電子顯示屏系統(tǒng)和信息存儲(chǔ)轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)子系統(tǒng)。最后通過(guò)對(duì)系統(tǒng)的功能和性能進(jìn)行確認(rèn)測(cè)試和應(yīng)用證明該系統(tǒng)的可行性,測(cè)試結(jié)果證明,基于RFID技術(shù)的煙草企業(yè)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理系統(tǒng)不僅適用于傳統(tǒng)的C/C++過(guò)程,而且能與Windows平臺(tái)完美結(jié)合,能夠很好地完成現(xiàn)代倉(cāng)庫(kù)運(yùn)營(yíng)管理的各種需求。通過(guò)RFID系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用,減少了大量重復(fù)性機(jī)械勞動(dòng),實(shí)現(xiàn)貨物信息自動(dòng)采集,生產(chǎn)智能化程度、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理效率、配送的精度和吞吐量都有了進(jìn)一步提高,實(shí)行全過(guò)程的追蹤和可視化管理,改變了過(guò)去倉(cāng)庫(kù)粗放的管理模式,解決煙草企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理存在的問(wèn)題,打破了制約企業(yè)發(fā)展的技術(shù)瓶頸,幫助企業(yè)降低經(jīng)營(yíng)成本,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's real economy and the improvement of people's income and living requirements, the demand for cigarette consumption is expanding and the frequency of entering and storing cigarettes is quickening. In the traditional warehouse management of tobacco logistics, the business operations such as cigarette out and out warehouse still follow the traditional manual operation mode, mainly rely on the hand-held barcode scanning equipment to sweep the code into the warehouse, computer input information, In the process of using, it is impossible to share the data in time, to manage the logistics distribution information in an integrated way, and to make the storage information flow lag behind the logistics, which can no longer meet the requirement of storage management of "digital tobacco". Based on the study of the working principle of RFID technology and the traditional warehouse management process, this paper analyzes and discusses the application mode and system framework of RFID technology in the warehouse management of tobacco enterprises, aiming at developing the usable RFID warehouse management system. This paper introduces RFID technology into the traditional warehouse management process, optimizes and improves the business process of receiving and accepting the warehouse, managing in and out of the warehouse, and completes the system structure design, system software design and system architecture design. Five subsystems are designed according to the functional requirements, including pallet identification subsystem, information analysis subsystem, forklift subsystem, electronic display system and information storage and forwarding subsystem. Finally, the function and performance of the system are tested and applied to prove the feasibility of the system. The test results show that the warehouse management system based on RFID technology is not only suitable for the traditional C / C process. And can combine perfectly with Windows platform, can fulfill all kinds of requirements of modern warehouse operation management very well. Through the design and application of RFID system, a large number of repetitive mechanical labor is reduced, and the automatic collection of goods information, the degree of production intelligence, the efficiency of warehouse management, the precision and throughput of distribution are further improved. The implementation of the whole process of tracking and visual management has changed the old extensive warehouse management model, solved the problems existing in the supply chain management of tobacco enterprises, broke the technical bottleneck restricting the development of enterprises, and helped enterprises to reduce their operating costs. We will strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises.
