【摘要】：眾所周知,電子商務(wù)是一種全新的商業(yè)模式,是20世紀(jì)信息化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的產(chǎn)物。這種模式在近些年得到了飛速的發(fā)展,為眾多消費(fèi)者帶來了便捷的服務(wù),也對擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需產(chǎn)生了積極的影響。目前,電子商務(wù)的主要形式是B2C模式,它是企業(yè)與消費(fèi)者個人之間進(jìn)行的交易活動。B2C電子商務(wù)通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)構(gòu)建了一個虛擬的網(wǎng)絡(luò)銷售平臺,而這個平臺上的所有交易如果想要真正實(shí)現(xiàn),那必須要借助一個實(shí)體的物流配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)。因此,完善的物流配送系統(tǒng)是B2C電子商務(wù)企業(yè)生存與發(fā)展的命脈。 本文以深圳熾昂信息技術(shù)有限公司作為研究對象,對其電子商務(wù)物流配送系統(tǒng)中存在的問題進(jìn)行研究,進(jìn)而提出B2C電子商務(wù)物流配送系統(tǒng)的改進(jìn)建議。首先,對深圳熾昂信息技術(shù)有限公司物流配送系統(tǒng)的外部環(huán)境、公司配送發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及主要存在問題進(jìn)行分析,并針對上述問題產(chǎn)生的背景與原因進(jìn)行了探討；其次,運(yùn)用供應(yīng)鏈管理理論和企業(yè)物流管理相關(guān)理論,從優(yōu)化企業(yè)組織架構(gòu)、改進(jìn)物流配送模式、再造物流配送作業(yè)流程、改進(jìn)物流配送信息系統(tǒng)、加強(qiáng)物流配送成本控制、建立物流配送質(zhì)量評價體系等方面對該公司的配送系統(tǒng)提出了改進(jìn)建議。 希望通過本文的研究,能為深圳熾昂信息技術(shù)有限公司物流配送系統(tǒng)的改進(jìn)提供指導(dǎo)方向,進(jìn)而可以幫助此類B2C電子商務(wù)企業(yè)解決發(fā)展過程中所遇到的物流瓶頸問題,并為他們提供一些可以借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:As we all know, e-commerce is a brand-new business model and the product of information and networking in the 20 th century. This model has developed rapidly in recent years, which brings convenient services to many consumers and has a positive impact on the expansion of domestic demand. At present, the main form of electronic commerce is the B2C model, which is the transaction activity between enterprises and consumers. B2C e-commerce constructs a virtual network sales platform through network technology. If all transactions on this platform are to be realized, they must rely on an entity's logistics and distribution network. Therefore, the perfect logistics distribution system is the lifeline of the existence and development of B2C e-commerce enterprises. This paper takes Shenzhen Zhiang Information Technology Co., Ltd. as the research object, studies the existing problems in its electronic commerce logistics distribution system, and then puts forward some suggestions to improve the B2C electronic commerce logistics distribution system. First of all, the paper analyzes the external environment, the present situation and the main problems of the logistics distribution system of Shenzhen Chiang Information Technology Co., Ltd., and discusses the background and reasons of the above problems. By using the theory of supply chain management and the related theories of enterprise logistics management, from optimizing enterprise organization structure, improving logistics distribution mode, reengineering logistics distribution operation flow, improving logistics distribution information system, strengthening logistics distribution cost control. Some suggestions are put forward to improve the distribution system of the company from the aspects of establishing the quality evaluation system of logistics distribution. It is hoped that through the research of this paper, it can provide guidance for the improvement of logistics distribution system of Shenzhen Chiang Information Technology Co., Ltd., and then can help this kind of B2C e-commerce enterprises to solve the logistics bottleneck problems encountered in the process of development. And provide them with some experience that can be used for reference.
