【摘要】：電力工業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè),也是關(guān)系國計民生的公共事業(yè),是國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要支撐。電力的生產(chǎn)、輸送、使用一次完成,電能無法儲存,其特點決定了發(fā)電企業(yè)設備維修用備品備件及時可靠供應的重要性。相比于火電站,核電站的系統(tǒng)設備更加高、精、尖,前期建造成本更高。想要取得良好的經(jīng)濟效益,核電站必須在確保核安全的前提下努力提高機組的可用率,因此對備品備件及時、可靠和穩(wěn)定供應的要求更高。 本文首先提出了論文的選題背景、研究的目的與意義以及研究的思路和方法。然后綜述了國內(nèi)外核電行業(yè)的發(fā)展及中國廣核集團概況,介紹了電力企業(yè)備品備件供應的特點。隨后以中國廣核集團和其下屬核電企業(yè)的備品備件采購管理作為研究對象,本章節(jié)在總結(jié)大亞灣、嶺澳一期核電站四臺核電機組備品備件采購管理經(jīng)驗和不足的基礎(chǔ)上,尋找出孤立核電站備品備件采購管理存在的問題。接著引入并介紹了采購計劃相關(guān)理論、庫存管理相關(guān)理論、供應鏈管理相關(guān)理論,并借助這些理論對相關(guān)問題存在的原因進行了深入分析。最后,結(jié)合企業(yè)實際情況,探索解決問題的途徑,提出解決問題的切實可行方案,包括實施統(tǒng)一的備品備件采購計劃,實施多電站備品備件聯(lián)合儲備以及優(yōu)化備品備件采購體系實現(xiàn)聯(lián)合采購,并在上述具體措施基礎(chǔ)上提出建立備品備件采購平臺實現(xiàn)集中采購的設想。結(jié)語部分,對論文研究成果應用效果進行了展望,并提出了進一步研究的方向。
[Abstract]:Electric power industry is the basic industry of the national economy, is also the public enterprise which relates to the national economy and the people's livelihood, is the important support of the national economy development. The production, transmission and use of electric power are completed once, and the electric energy can not be stored. Its characteristics determine the importance of timely and reliable supply of spare parts for equipment maintenance in power generation enterprises. Nuclear power plant systems are more expensive, sophisticated, sophisticated, and expensive to build than thermal power plants. In order to achieve good economic benefits, nuclear power plants must work hard to improve the availability of units under the premise of ensuring nuclear safety. Therefore, the requirements for timely, reliable and stable supply of spare parts are higher. In this paper, the background, the purpose and significance of the research, as well as the ideas and methods of the research are put forward. Then, the development of nuclear power industry at home and abroad and the general situation of China Guangzhou Nuclear Power Group are summarized, and the characteristics of spare parts supply in power enterprises are introduced. Then taking the procurement management of spare parts of China Guangzhou Nuclear Power Group and its affiliated nuclear power enterprises as the research object, this chapter summarizes the experiences and deficiencies of the procurement management of spare parts for the four nuclear power units in Daya Bay and Lingao nuclear power plants. To find out the isolated nuclear power plant spare parts procurement management problems. Then it introduces and introduces the relevant theories of purchasing plan, inventory management and supply chain management, and analyzes the causes of the related problems with the help of these theories. Finally, according to the actual situation of the enterprise, to explore the ways to solve the problem, put forward a practical solution to the problem, including the implementation of a unified spare parts procurement plan, The joint storage of spare parts for multi-power stations and the optimization of purchasing system for spare parts are carried out. Based on the above measures, the assumption of establishing a platform for purchasing spare parts to realize centralized procurement is put forward. In the conclusion part, the application effect of the research results is prospected, and the direction of further research is put forward.
