【摘要】:隨著人民生活水平的提高與產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型的逐步推進(jìn),旅游電子商務(wù)正處在當(dāng)今一個異常激烈的市場中。身處其中的企業(yè)要想在激烈的市場競爭中勝出,就必然要建立自己的核心競爭力。核心競爭力有眾多的因素組成,這其中產(chǎn)品與服務(wù)的質(zhì)量和內(nèi)部運營效率占有一個重要的地位,而流程則是在服務(wù)行業(yè)企業(yè)決勝力的重要基礎(chǔ)。優(yōu)秀的流程才可以讓企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品與服務(wù)的質(zhì)量卓有保障,才可以保證企業(yè)的高效率運轉(zhuǎn)。 如何通過企業(yè)的流程管理,讓企業(yè)獲得長期的競爭優(yōu)勢,保持和提升企業(yè)的核心競爭力,是當(dāng)今中國眾多企業(yè)所關(guān)注和研究的課題。 本文以Y公司為例,試圖通過應(yīng)用流程管理的思想和方法對公司的業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行改進(jìn)以提升公司的流程效率,進(jìn)而在一定程度上促進(jìn)公司的核心競爭力提升。本文首先通過應(yīng)用流程價值鏈分析模型對公司的業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行分析,以識別出核心流程。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過對部分核心流程的具體分析,確定公司現(xiàn)存的各種流程問題,然后通過應(yīng)用流程管理PDCA環(huán)、ESRIA方法和虛擬供應(yīng)鏈等理論和方法對它們進(jìn)行改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化,同時提出了包括部門結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、流程管理制度建設(shè)等流程管理的支持措施改進(jìn)方法。希望可以為旅游類電子商務(wù)企業(yè)進(jìn)行流程改進(jìn)提供一個借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standard and the gradual promotion of industrial economic transformation, tourism electronic commerce is in an extremely fierce market. Enterprises in which want to win in the fierce market competition, it is necessary to establish their own core competitiveness. The core competitiveness is composed of many factors, in which the quality of products and services and internal operational efficiency occupy an important position, and the process is an important basis of decisive power in the service industry enterprises. An excellent process can guarantee the quality of products and services, and ensure the efficient operation of the enterprise. How to obtain long-term competitive advantage and maintain and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises through the process management of enterprises is a topic that many enterprises in China pay close attention to and study. Taking Y Company as an example, this paper attempts to improve the business process of the company by applying the idea and method of process management to improve the efficiency of the process, and to a certain extent to promote the core competitiveness of the company. In this paper, the business process of the company is analyzed by applying the process value chain analysis model to identify the core process. On this basis, through the specific analysis of some core processes, determine the existing process problems, and then through the application of process management PDCA ring ESRIA method and virtual supply chain theory and methods to improve and optimize them. At the same time, the improvement methods of supporting measures of process management, including department structure adjustment, process management system construction and so on, are put forward. Hope to provide a reference for tourism e-commerce enterprises to improve the process.
