【摘要】：研究不完全信息下大型客機(jī)協(xié)同研制供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的評估方法。針對大型客機(jī)供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估的不完全特征,建立考慮接近關(guān)聯(lián)度和相似關(guān)聯(lián)度最大的不完全信息推測模型;依據(jù)最大關(guān)聯(lián)度的思想,提出群體評估者定權(quán)的方法;基于灰靶決策框架,提出考慮風(fēng)險(xiǎn)最大區(qū)分思想下的屬性權(quán)重測算的極大熵方法。將所提出理論應(yīng)用到大型客機(jī)"主-供"模式協(xié)同研制"初創(chuàng)期"的供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估實(shí)踐,并得到合理的評估結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the evaluation method of supply chain risk of large passenger aircraft collaborative development under incomplete information. Aiming at the incomplete characteristics of supply chain risk assessment of large passenger aircraft, a model of estimating incomplete information considering the maximum degree of close correlation and similar correlation is established, and the method of weight determination for group evaluators is put forward according to the idea of maximum correlation degree. Based on the grey target decision framework, a maximum entropy method is proposed to calculate the attribute weight under the consideration of the idea of maximum risk differentiation. The proposed theory is applied to the supply chain risk assessment of the "start-up period" of a large passenger aircraft in the "master-supply" mode, and the reasonable evaluation results are obtained.
