美邦服飾基于供應鏈的存貨管理問題探討

【摘要】:經濟全球化使得各經濟主體間的交流十分順暢,國際新興商業(yè)模式隨之進入中國,使得產品更新?lián)Q代速度加快,也給需求預測帶來了不確定性。傳統(tǒng)的存貨管理方法如經濟訂貨批量(EOQ)、ABC法等更多的著眼于內部控制的改善方面,對向外延伸的重視不足,已不能滿足企業(yè)生存發(fā)展的需要。如何在滿足消費者快速變化的需求的同時使得存貨的成本最小,是存貨管理領域的新要求。在這種商業(yè)環(huán)境下,企業(yè)意識到了上下游企業(yè)合作的重要性。與此同時,信息技術的蓬勃發(fā)展給企業(yè)間的電子數據交換提供了良好的平臺,供應鏈管理技術逐漸發(fā)展起來,并運用到存貨管理中去。目前,學術界已經針對供應鏈環(huán)境下的存貨管理做出了許多研究,但主要集中在傳統(tǒng)的工業(yè)制造業(yè),研究如何平衡訂貨成本、缺貨成本、持有成本等,而對產品生命周期很短,單品批量較小的時尚服裝制造業(yè)的研究不足,不能滿足其存貨管理的需要。因此,本文基于美邦服飾的存貨管理案例,深入分析細節(jié),進行標桿比較,精準對焦,提出基于供應鏈的存貨管理的改進建議,對于美邦自身及同行業(yè)企業(yè)改善自身存貨管理具有理論與實踐的指導意義。本文同時運用規(guī)范性研究和案例分析的方法。在規(guī)范性研究方面,回顧并總結了國內外相關文獻,對供應鏈環(huán)境下的存貨管理概念作出了界定,并對其內涵、方式、特點展開了理論概述。在案例的選擇上,選取了短周期產品的代表企業(yè)上海美特斯邦威服飾股份有限公司作為研究對象,美邦作為快時尚類產品制造公司,其對需求的預測和供應鏈敏捷度的要求都非常高,在行業(yè)內具有代表性。文章重點分析了美邦公司在供應鏈環(huán)境下的存貨管理狀況,梳理了存貨在供應鏈上的流轉全過程,并重點介紹了美邦公司存貨管理平臺的搭建以及美邦公司的上下游協(xié)作思想在實際運作過程中的運用,為發(fā)現問題以及剖析原因奠定基礎。運用財務數據和圖表分析,分析公司的存貨問題對經營狀況和財務狀況的影響。然后引入同行業(yè)領頭企業(yè)ZARA的案例,分析其供應鏈存貨管理的方法,形成與美邦管理模式的對比,研究其形成供應鏈優(yōu)勢的原因以及吸收轉化為美邦所用的可能性,為企業(yè)提供可以借鑒的現實指導。本文的主要貢獻在于:通過分析美邦服飾基于供應鏈的存貨管理的案例,挖掘出美邦在實踐中的一些不足。比如,和合作企業(yè)間的關系還未發(fā)揮協(xié)同效應,生產環(huán)節(jié)缺少柔性,信息流傳遞過程中存在“牛鞭效應”,與加盟商之間有博弈關系。文章對這些問題進行了分析,提出了建議,對美邦服飾及行業(yè)內其他公司的存貨管理的改進有一定參考價值。本文共分六部分來論述:第一章,提出了論文的研究背景和意義,總結了國內外研究現狀,并介紹了本文的研究方法和思路。第二章從理論上界定了基于供應鏈的存貨管理的范疇,側重于突出供應鏈控制是如何作用于存貨管理的,奠定了研究的理論基礎。第三章主要介紹分析了短生命周期產品企業(yè)——美邦公司的存貨管理現狀,以供應鏈管理的視角分析其存貨管理,梳理了存貨在供應鏈上的流轉,并重點介紹了美邦公司存貨管理平臺的搭建以及在實際運作過程中的運用,為發(fā)現問題以及剖析原因奠定基礎。第四章主要是從深層次上剖析了美邦公司現存的基于供應鏈的存貨管理存在的問題,以及導致這些問題的原因。第五章通過引入同行業(yè)領頭企業(yè)ZARA的案例,分析其供應鏈存貨管理的方法,形成與美邦管理模式的對比,引發(fā)思考。第六章通過前述章節(jié)提出的美邦公司的相關經驗和啟示,指出其尚需完善之處,并提出相應的建議和改進措施,為我國企業(yè)提供可以借鑒的現實指導。
[Abstract]:The economic globalization has made the exchange of various economic entities very smooth, and the new international business model has entered China, which makes the product update speed faster and brings uncertainty to the demand forecast. The traditional inventory management methods, such as the EOQ, ABC method, are more focused on the improvement of internal control, to the outside. The lack of extension has been unable to meet the needs of the enterprise's survival and development. It is a new requirement in the field of inventory management that how to minimize the cost of inventory while meeting the fast changing demand of consumers. In this business environment, enterprises realize the importance of cooperation between upstream and downstream enterprises. At the same time, the development of information technology is flourishing. It provides a good platform for the electronic data exchange between enterprises. The supply chain management technology is gradually developed and applied to the inventory management. At present, the academic circle has made a lot of research on inventory management under the supply chain environment, but mainly concentrates on the traditional industrial manufacturing industry, and studies how to balance the cost of order and the cost of stock. Holding the cost and so on, while the life cycle of the product is very short, the research of the fashion garment manufacturing industry with a small size is not enough to meet the needs of its inventory management. Therefore, based on the case of the inventory management of the American state clothing, this paper makes a thorough analysis of the details, compares the benchmarking, accurate focusing, and puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of inventory management based on the supply chain. At the same time, this paper uses normative research and case analysis method at the same time. This paper reviews and summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad in the normative research, defines the concept of inventory management under the supply chain environment, and gives its connotation. In the selection of the case, the Shanghai Metersbonwe clothing Limited by Share Ltd, the representative enterprise of the short cycle product, is selected as the research object. As a fast fashion product manufacturing company, it is very high in demand prediction and supply chain agility, and is representative in the industry. This paper focuses on the analysis of the status of the inventory management under the supply chain environment, combs the whole process of the circulation of the inventory in the supply chain, and focuses on the construction of the inventory management platform of the American state company and the application of the cooperation thought of the upper and lower reaches of the company in the actual operation process, which lays the foundation for the discovery of the problems and the analysis of the causes. Using financial data and chart analysis, this paper analyzes the influence of the company's inventory problems on the operating status and financial situation. Then, it introduces the case of the ZARA in the same industry leading enterprise, analyzes the methods of its supply chain inventory management, forms the comparison with the American state management model, and studies the reasons for its supply chain advantage and the absorption and transformation to the American state. The main contribution of this article is: through the analysis of the case of the inventory management based on the supply chain of the American state clothing, some deficiencies in the practice are excavated. For example, the relationship between the cooperative enterprises and the cooperative enterprises has not played a synergistic effect, the production link is lack of flexibility and the information flow is transferred. There is a "bullwhip effect", and there is a game relationship with the franchiser. The article analyses these problems and puts forward some suggestions to improve the inventory management of the other companies in the American state clothing and industry. This article is divided into six parts: Chapter 1, the research background and significance of the paper are put forward, and the research at home and abroad is summarized. The second chapter defines the category of inventory management based on supply chain from the theoretical boundary, emphasizes on how supply chain control plays the role of inventory management, and lays a theoretical foundation for the study. The third chapter mainly introduces and analyzes the storage of short life cycle products, Mei bun company. The present situation of cargo management is analyzed from the perspective of supply chain management, the circulation of inventory in the supply chain is combed, and the construction of the inventory management platform and the application in the actual operation process are emphatically introduced. The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the American state from the deep level. The existing problems in inventory management based on supply chain and the reasons that lead to these problems. The fifth chapter, through the introduction of the case of ZARA in the same industry leading enterprise, analyzes the methods of inventory management in the supply chain, forming a comparison with the American state management model and triggering the thinking. The sixth chapter of the related classics of the American state company, which is proposed through the preceding chapters. Finally, it points out that it still needs improvement and puts forward corresponding suggestions and improvement measures to provide practical guidance for Chinese enterprises.
