保證服務模型下的多級產(chǎn)能約束型供應鏈優(yōu)化配置方法

【摘要】:供應鏈配置是從系統(tǒng)全局優(yōu)化角度出發(fā),對供應鏈各節(jié)點備選的采購、生產(chǎn)、配送等策略進行擇優(yōu)并對其多級庫存控制策略參數(shù)進行優(yōu)化設(shè)定,以保證供應鏈能夠根據(jù)市場環(huán)境動態(tài)調(diào)整戰(zhàn)略、規(guī)劃、運營策略,最終實現(xiàn)供應鏈整體協(xié)調(diào)優(yōu)化。隨著市場需求的不確定性加劇及中小微型企業(yè)群體的不斷擴大,導致傳統(tǒng)離散型制造業(yè)供應鏈呈現(xiàn)出高的復雜性和動態(tài)性,同時,企業(yè)供貨能力越來越受制于中小微型企業(yè)產(chǎn)能約束。在研究供應鏈優(yōu)化配置問題中,考慮需求不確定及有產(chǎn)能約束的庫存控制優(yōu)化和備選策略選擇決策顯得尤為重要。本文將從最常見的多級庫存系統(tǒng)建模手段(保證服務模型)出發(fā),面向離散型制造業(yè),研究考慮需求不確定和有產(chǎn)能約束的供應鏈優(yōu)化配置方法。 首先,本文結(jié)合離散型制造業(yè)供應鏈管理中存在的問題,從供應鏈配置、保證服務模型的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),對課題研究的實踐價值和理論價值進行說明。與供應鏈戰(zhàn)略管理相整合,提出了一個供應鏈配置應用方案,為實現(xiàn)供應鏈戰(zhàn)略、規(guī)劃、運營階段進行動態(tài)配置與調(diào)整提供可能。 其次,建立了一個產(chǎn)能約束及需求不確定條件下的供應鏈優(yōu)化問題模型。以產(chǎn)能約束下的保證服務模型為基礎(chǔ),分別對供應鏈中常見的零部件采購、裝配、配送環(huán)節(jié)建立配置模型。 最后,提出了一種高求解精度的改進遺傳算法。通過重新設(shè)計種群初始化規(guī)則和遺傳算子,為大規(guī)模、復雜供應鏈網(wǎng)絡下的供應鏈配置問題提供可行算法。與精確算法對比,得出該算法的求解精度。通過需求端的不確性和供應端的產(chǎn)能進行敏感性分析,研究得出供應鏈配置中的供應商、生產(chǎn)和采購策略選擇及服務時間設(shè)定方面的管理學啟示。 通過本文的研究,我們建立的考慮市場需求不確定性和有產(chǎn)能約束條件下的供應鏈配置問題模型和提出的改進遺傳算法在理論上彌補了現(xiàn)有供應鏈配置研究的不足。同時,本文實驗仿真的結(jié)果也為供應鏈配置中的備選策略擇優(yōu)和保證服務時間的設(shè)定提供可行性建議。
[Abstract]:The supply chain configuration is from the point of view of global optimization system, each node of alternative supply chain procurement, production, distribution and other strategies are preferred and the multi-level inventory control strategy to optimize the parameters set, to ensure the supply chain according to the market environment dynamic adjustment strategy, planning, operation strategy, and ultimately achieve overall optimization of the supply chain with the uncertainty of market demand and the increasing of medium and small micro enterprise group continues to expand, leading to the traditional discrete manufacturing supply chain exhibits high complexity and dynamic, at the same time, the enterprise supply capacity is more and more subject to the small micro enterprise capacity constraints. In optimization of supply chain research, considering the uncertain demand and there are capacity constraints of inventory control and optimization strategies selection decision is particularly important. This paper from the modeling method of multi echelon inventory system (the most common guaranteed service The model) is based on the discrete manufacturing industry, and studies the optimal allocation method of Supply Chain Considering the uncertainty of demand and the capacity constraints.
First of all, based on the existing discrete supply chain management in manufacturing industry, from the supply chain configuration, service model of the presentresearch guarantee, practical value and theoretical value of the research are described. With the integration of supply chain strategic management, puts forward an application scheme for supply chain configuration, supply chain strategy, planning, operation stage of dynamic configuration and adjustment may be provided.
Secondly, a supply chain optimization problem model with capacity constraints and demand uncertainty is established. Based on the guaranteed service model under capacity constraints, the configuration models of procurement, assembly and distribution of common parts in the supply chain are established respectively.
Finally, a modified genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the high accuracy. By redesigning the population initialization rules and genetic operators, provide feasible algorithm for large scale, supply chain configuration of complex supply chain network problems. Compared with the exact algorithm, the accuracy of the algorithm. Through the uncertainty of demand side and supply side the capacity to analyze the sensitivity of the suppliers in the supply chain configuration, production and procurement strategy and Business Hours setting management enlightenment.
Through this study, we set up to consider the market demand uncertainty and improved genetic algorithm model of supply chain configuration capacity constraints and problems proposed in theory makes up the shortage of current research of supply chain configuration. At the same time, the experimental simulation results for the supply chain strategies in the allocation and provide preferential suggestions Business Hours setting.
