某鋼鐵企業(yè)VMI模式的應用研究

【摘要】:作為支柱型的鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟中重要的組成部分。近年來,隨著全球經(jīng)濟發(fā)展走勢的變化以及日益激烈的競爭,世界范圍內(nèi)的鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)都受到了巨大的沖擊,國內(nèi)的絕大多數(shù)的鋼鐵企業(yè)的利潤下滑甚至是虧損。我國的鋼鐵產(chǎn)量較高,但國內(nèi)的鋼鐵物流的功能不完善和運行效率低下使其無法滿足鋼鐵生產(chǎn)和貿(mào)易的發(fā)展需求。在鋼鐵企業(yè)中,采購和庫存的相關成本占據(jù)總運營成本較大的比例。隨著市場的發(fā)展越來越完善,越來越多的企業(yè)通過利用供應鏈管理的思想來降低庫存成本、提升效益并提高服務水平以應對愈發(fā)激烈的競爭。庫存管理作為企業(yè)經(jīng)營活動和供應鏈管理的重要部分,引起了各方面的重視。鋼鐵行業(yè)的庫存所管理的鋼材具有需求不確定的特點。而鋼材的需求量或可供應量也會與其價格造成相互影響。這些不確定因素會導致鋼材的訂貨周期和庫存持有量不合理,繼而提高了庫存成本。因此,針對不確定性研究鋼材產(chǎn)品制定合理的庫存管理策略具有重要的意義。本文以某鋼鐵企業(yè)為研究背景,研究鋼材的庫存控制方法。結(jié)合泊松需求對某鋼鐵企業(yè)的庫存造成影響,著重考慮了基于供應商管理庫存模式和隨機需求的鋼材庫存管理方法,建立庫存優(yōu)化模型。分析了包括固定訂貨費用、持有成本、缺貨成本等各種庫存成本的影響,并最終利用混合算法求解出合理的訂貨周期和訂貨批量。值得注意的是,構(gòu)建需求為泊松分布的模型可以更好的反映生產(chǎn)實際情況。但同時也增加了庫存模型的復雜度,使得模型較難求解。因此,本文提出了改進的混合算法分別對構(gòu)建的庫存模型進行了求解。改進的算法提高了的全局尋優(yōu)的效率。
[Abstract]:As a pillar of the iron and steel industry is an important part of the national economy. In recent years, with the development of global economic development and increasingly fierce competition, the world's iron and steel industry has a huge impact, the vast majority of domestic iron and steel enterprises profit decline and even loss. China's steel production high, but the domestic iron and steel logistics function is not perfect and low efficiency so that it can not meet the requirements of the development of iron and steel production and trade. In the iron and steel enterprises, related to the cost of purchase and inventory occupy larger proportion of the total operation cost. With the development of the market more and more perfect, more and more enterprises to reduce inventory costs by using the idea of supply chain management, enhance efficiency and improve service level to deal with increasingly fierce competition. As the business activities of the enterprise inventory management and supply chain management major In part, attracting the attention of the various aspects of the steel industry. The inventory management of steel has the characteristics of uncertain demand. And the demand of steel or supply will cause the price of its mutual influence. These uncertain factors will lead to steel ordering and inventory quantity unreasonable, and then improve the inventory cost. Therefore, to develop reasonable inventory management strategy for uncertainty of steel products has important significance. In this paper, an iron and steel enterprise as the research background, research methods of inventory control of steel. Combined with the Poisson demand of an iron and steel enterprise inventory impact, focusing on steel inventory management method of vendor managed inventory mode and based on stochastic demand. The establishment of inventory optimization model. The analysis includes a fixed ordering cost, holding cost, shortage cost and inventory cost effect, and finally using the hybrid algorithm For a reasonable order cycle and order quantity. It is worth noting that, for the Poisson distribution model can better reflect the actual situation of construction demand production. But also increases the complexity of the inventory model, which makes the model more difficult to solve. Therefore, this paper puts forward the improved hybrid algorithm respectively to solve the inventory model the global. The algorithm has improved the search efficiency.
