【摘要】：鑒于供應(yīng)鏈成員對(duì)待缺貨風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的態(tài)度會(huì)直接影響其訂貨決策,進(jìn)而對(duì)牛鞭效應(yīng)產(chǎn)生影響。為探討此種影響,利用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真軟件Vensim PLE,在傳統(tǒng)二階段供應(yīng)鏈模型的基礎(chǔ)上,引入缺貨風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)避參數(shù)建立新的系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,對(duì)供應(yīng)商和零售商的不同風(fēng)險(xiǎn)態(tài)度組合進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)仿真。研究表明:(1)參與者對(duì)待缺貨風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的態(tài)度會(huì)對(duì)牛鞭效應(yīng)產(chǎn)生影響,并且隨著風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)避參數(shù)的增加,牛鞭效應(yīng)更加嚴(yán)重;(2)上游供應(yīng)鏈的缺貨規(guī)避態(tài)度比下游供應(yīng)鏈的缺貨規(guī)避態(tài)度更能強(qiáng)化牛鞭效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:In view of the supply chain members' attitude towards the risk of shortage will directly affect their ordering decision and then the bullwhip effect.In order to explore this effect, a new system dynamics model is established by introducing the risk avoidance parameters of shortage based on the traditional two-stage supply chain model using the system dynamics simulation software Vensim ple.The different risk attitude combinations of suppliers and retailers are simulated systematically.The study shows that the attitude of participants to the risk of shortage has an impact on the bullwhip effect, and as the risk aversion parameter increases,The bullwhip effect is more serious in upstream supply chain than in downstream supply chain.
