【摘要】：有效的制度供給是成功推進我國供給側(cè)改革和促進經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型升級的關(guān)鍵。針對我國經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型期節(jié)點企業(yè)制度有效性感知與重要性感知偏離的事實,文章從供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)作信任視角構(gòu)建節(jié)點企業(yè)制度信任對再次合作意愿影響的有調(diào)節(jié)的中介模型,并通過548家樣本企業(yè)實證證實:(1)制度信任直接且通過供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)作信任(部分中介變量)顯著正向影響再次合作意愿;(2)制度有效性與重要性感知偏離顯著調(diào)節(jié)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)作信任在制度信任-再次合作意愿關(guān)系中的中介作用,二者偏離程度越大,供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)作信任中介作用被削弱幅度也越大。研究結(jié)論不僅豐富了制度信任的中國情境化研究,亦為我國當前供給側(cè)改革和經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型升級中有效制度供給的確保提供了可操作化路徑。
[Abstract]:Effective institutional supply is the key to successfully promote supply-side reform and promote economic transformation and upgrading in China. From the perspective of supply chain cooperation trust, this paper constructs a regulated intermediary model of the impact of institutional trust on the willingness to cooperate again. The empirical results of 548 sample enterprises prove that institutional trust directly and through supply chain collaboration trust (some intermediary variables) has a significant positive influence on the willingness to cooperate again. (2) Institutional effectiveness and perceived deviation of importance significantly regulate supply. The role of chain collaboration trust in the relationship between institutional trust and willingness to cooperate again, The greater the degree of deviation, the greater the extent of the weakening of the role of the supply chain collaboration trust intermediary. The conclusion not only enriches the Chinese situational research of institutional trust, but also enriches the research on institutional trust in China. It also provides an operable path for the guarantee of effective institutional supply in China's current supply-side reform and economic transformation and upgrading.
