【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展背景下,越來(lái)越多的跨國(guó)企業(yè)為了最大限度地發(fā)揮企業(yè)自身核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和追求收益最大化,紛紛整合內(nèi)外部資源,將非核心物料的采購(gòu)?fù)獍?以尋求在不斷降低成本的同時(shí),可以獲得更加快速的市場(chǎng)響應(yīng),提高訂單執(zhí)行的效率.因此,無(wú)論從成本節(jié)約的角度,還是從企業(yè)發(fā)展的長(zhǎng)期戰(zhàn)略出發(fā),對(duì)采購(gòu)成本的控制已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈的管理中十分重要的環(huán)節(jié).而作為采購(gòu)?fù)獍?xiàng)目的服務(wù)商(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“PSP”),在日益激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,不但需要通過(guò)自身采購(gòu)的規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)性,產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)獲得具有優(yōu)勢(shì)的采購(gòu)價(jià)格,而且更需要運(yùn)用良好的供應(yīng)鏈管理手段去監(jiān)控整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)程,并在實(shí)踐過(guò)程中采取優(yōu)化的措施去降低企業(yè)內(nèi)部成本,不斷提高客戶(hù)服務(wù)水平。本文以供應(yīng)鏈管理過(guò)程為研究對(duì)象,以化工品采購(gòu)?fù)獍⻊?wù)商D公司的采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目作為背景材料,針對(duì)企業(yè)內(nèi)部項(xiàng)目的管理現(xiàn)狀和面臨的挑戰(zhàn),運(yùn)用供應(yīng)鏈管理中的相關(guān)知識(shí)和理論例如供應(yīng)商的選擇,管理和發(fā)展,采購(gòu)模式的組合運(yùn)用,供應(yīng)商管理庫(kù)存(VMI),聯(lián)合管理庫(kù)存(JMI)和物流成本管理等來(lái)解決供應(yīng)鏈中采購(gòu)成本的控制問(wèn)題。通過(guò)提出與供應(yīng)鏈管理相匹配的成本管理內(nèi)容以及具體改進(jìn)的環(huán)節(jié),并將改善實(shí)踐后的效果進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析和量化評(píng)估,成功證明了供應(yīng)鏈管理可以為采購(gòu)?fù)獍?xiàng)目帶來(lái)成本優(yōu)化的實(shí)踐可行性,印證了其對(duì)于采購(gòu)?fù)獍⻊?wù)商降低項(xiàng)目成本,不斷提高利潤(rùn)率所具有的指導(dǎo)意義,并對(duì)企業(yè)帶來(lái)了因外包而產(chǎn)生的衍生業(yè)務(wù)。
[Abstract]:In the context of economic globalization, more and more multinational enterprises, in order to maximize their own core competitiveness and pursue the maximum return, have integrated internal and external resources, outsourcing the procurement of non-core materials. In order to achieve faster market response and improve the efficiency of order execution while continuously reducing costs. Therefore, whether from the perspective of cost savings or from the long-term strategy of enterprise development, The control of purchasing cost has become a very important link in the management of enterprise supply chain. As the service provider of procurement outsourcing project (hereinafter referred to as "PSP"), in the increasingly fierce market competition, not only need to purchase through their own economies of scale. The professional knowledge of the product market has the advantage of purchasing price, and it is more necessary to use good supply chain management to monitor the process of the whole project, and to adopt the optimized measures to reduce the internal cost of the enterprise in the process of practice. This paper takes the supply chain management process as the research object, taking the purchasing project of D Company as the background material, aiming at the management status and the challenge of the internal project in the enterprise. Apply relevant knowledge and theories in supply chain management such as supplier selection, management and development, combination and application of purchasing model, Vendor managed inventory (VMI), joint inventory management (JMI) and logistics cost management are used to solve the problem of purchasing cost control in supply chain. The results of data analysis and quantitative evaluation have proved that supply chain management can bring cost optimization to procurement outsourcing project and reduce the cost of procurement outsourcing service provider. Continuously improving profit margin has the guiding significance, and brings the derivative business because of outsourcing to the enterprise.
