【摘要】：隨著原料藥市場(chǎng)的快速發(fā)展，在巨大的原料藥貿(mào)易市場(chǎng)中，中國(guó)正逐漸成為世界醫(yī)藥市場(chǎng)中主要的原料藥生產(chǎn)國(guó)和供應(yīng)國(guó)。與此同時(shí)，在國(guó)際藥品市場(chǎng)上，，因中國(guó)原料藥質(zhì)量問(wèn)題而導(dǎo)致藥品召回事件也屢見(jiàn)不鮮。因此，伴隨著原料藥市場(chǎng)的繁榮發(fā)展以及世界原料藥市場(chǎng)對(duì)中國(guó)原料藥供應(yīng)商的監(jiān)督，如何選擇合格的原料藥供應(yīng)商已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今藥品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的首要任務(wù)。如何選擇合格的、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的原料藥供應(yīng)商是一項(xiàng)系統(tǒng)的、科學(xué)的研究課題。 本文首先結(jié)合原料藥行業(yè)的相關(guān)理論知識(shí)，對(duì)原料藥的定義屬性、原料藥的市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀、歐美日發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家和中國(guó)的原料藥監(jiān)管法規(guī)以及供應(yīng)商選擇和關(guān)系管理進(jìn)行闡述，然后結(jié)合NVS公司的具體案例提出原料藥市場(chǎng)中供應(yīng)商的選擇方法和評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，構(gòu)建了原料藥供應(yīng)商的評(píng)價(jià)體系。 本文研究成果對(duì)藥品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)選擇原料藥供應(yīng)商具有實(shí)際指導(dǎo)意義，同時(shí)對(duì)原料藥生產(chǎn)商如何規(guī)范生產(chǎn)和提高質(zhì)量控制意識(shí)提出了解決思路。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the API market, in the huge trade market of API, China is gradually becoming the main producer and supplier of API in the world pharmaceutical market. At the same time, in the international drug market, Drug recalls due to quality problems in China are also common. Therefore, with the prosperity of the API market and the supervision of Chinese API suppliers by the world API market, How to select qualified API suppliers has become the primary task of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises. How to select qualified and sustainable drug suppliers is a systematic and scientific research topic. In this paper, based on the relevant theoretical knowledge of API industry, the definition attributes of API, the current market situation of API, the regulations of the developed countries in Europe, America and Japan and China, as well as the supplier selection and relationship management are described in this paper. Then combining with the specific case of NVS Company, this paper puts forward the selection methods and evaluation criteria of suppliers in the API market, and constructs the evaluation system of API suppliers. The research results in this paper are of practical significance for pharmaceutical manufacturers to select raw drug suppliers, and how to standardize the production and improve the awareness of quality control of pharmaceutical manufacturers is put forward to solve the problem.
