【摘要】：建筑供應(yīng)鏈管理模式是建筑企業(yè)整合資源，實(shí)現(xiàn)集成化管理的有效途徑，而對(duì)建筑供應(yīng)鏈的績效評(píng)價(jià)有利于優(yōu)化建筑供應(yīng)鏈的管理環(huán)節(jié)，，促進(jìn)建筑供應(yīng)鏈管理體系的改善和發(fā)展，也有利于促進(jìn)建筑供應(yīng)鏈績效評(píng)價(jià)在建筑行業(yè)的進(jìn)一步應(yīng)用，對(duì)于提高和改善建筑供應(yīng)鏈的綜合水平具有十分重要的作用。 首先，本文在分析現(xiàn)有建筑供應(yīng)鏈的績效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)模型構(gòu)建的特點(diǎn)和不足的基礎(chǔ)上，引入供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作模型的思想，結(jié)合建筑行業(yè)自身的管理特點(diǎn)和模式，從業(yè)務(wù)流程角度、財(cái)務(wù)管理角度和持續(xù)發(fā)展角度等三個(gè)方面構(gòu)建了建筑供應(yīng)鏈的績效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)模型，實(shí)現(xiàn)了建筑供應(yīng)鏈的多角度績效評(píng)價(jià)； 其次，本文在利用供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作參考模型（SCOR模型）構(gòu)建建筑供應(yīng)鏈的績效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)模型的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的建筑供應(yīng)鏈指標(biāo)績效評(píng)價(jià)算法進(jìn)行改進(jìn)，利用建立的績效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和劃分的績效評(píng)價(jià)空間構(gòu)建建筑供應(yīng)鏈的單指標(biāo)測度函數(shù)，并引入信息熵的權(quán)重計(jì)算思想，建立基于未確知測度的建筑供應(yīng)鏈績效評(píng)價(jià)模型，有效解決了現(xiàn)有研究中指標(biāo)的主觀性和相關(guān)性引起的評(píng)價(jià)模糊性和隨機(jī)性，提高了績效評(píng)價(jià)過程的科學(xué)性和評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性； 最后，本文以某建筑承包企業(yè)為實(shí)例對(duì)提出的建筑供應(yīng)鏈指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建和評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行了分析和驗(yàn)證，表明了提出的評(píng)價(jià)方法的有效性和可行性，為未來對(duì)建筑供應(yīng)鏈的管理和績效水平的衡量提供了支持信息。
[Abstract]:The construction supply chain management mode is an effective way for the construction enterprises to integrate resources and realize integrated management. The performance evaluation of the construction supply chain is helpful to optimize the management link of the construction supply chain. Promoting the improvement and development of construction supply chain management system is also conducive to the further application of construction supply chain performance evaluation in the construction industry, and plays a very important role in improving and improving the comprehensive level of construction supply chain. First of all, based on the analysis of the characteristics and shortcomings of the performance evaluation index model of the existing construction supply chain, this paper introduces the idea of the supply chain operation model, combining the management characteristics and models of the construction industry, from the point of view of business process. The performance evaluation index model of the construction supply chain is constructed from the financial management angle and the sustainable development angle, and the multi-angle performance evaluation of the construction supply chain is realized. Secondly, on the basis of constructing the performance evaluation index model of the construction supply chain by using the supply chain operation reference model / SCOR model, this paper improves the traditional performance evaluation algorithm of the construction supply chain. Using the established performance evaluation index system and the divided performance evaluation space to construct the single index measure function of the construction supply chain, and introducing the weight calculation idea of information entropy, the performance evaluation model of the construction supply chain based on the unascertained measure is established. It effectively solves the evaluation fuzziness and randomness caused by the subjectivity and relativity of the indexes in the existing research, and improves the scientific nature of the performance evaluation process and the accuracy of the evaluation results. Finally, taking a construction contract enterprise as an example, this paper analyzes and verifies the construction and evaluation method of the index system of building supply chain, which shows the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed evaluation method. It provides the supporting information for the future management and performance measurement of the construction supply chain.
