【摘要】：由于現(xiàn)代科技的飛速發(fā)展,人們對于知識、教育也是越來越重視。對于教育事業(yè)的要求也就越來越高,傳統(tǒng)的理論教學(xué)模式已經(jīng)逐漸被人們拋棄,取而代之的是實(shí)踐與理論相結(jié)合的教育模式。這一點(diǎn)在供應(yīng)鏈管理教學(xué)方面的體現(xiàn)尤為明顯,巴音學(xué)院原有的供應(yīng)鏈管理教學(xué)模式不能滿足學(xué)生對于實(shí)踐的要求,所以它已經(jīng)不能滿足現(xiàn)在社會發(fā)展的需求,巴音學(xué)院迫切需要一個供應(yīng)鏈管理模擬教學(xué)系統(tǒng)來幫助解決這一問題,從而提升學(xué)院的教學(xué)質(zhì)量。巴音學(xué)院供應(yīng)鏈管理實(shí)訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)參照巴音學(xué)院的實(shí)際教學(xué)情況,同時借鑒現(xiàn)在類似系統(tǒng)在設(shè)計(jì)時所采用的技術(shù)方法,確立本系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)架構(gòu)。首先系統(tǒng)采用目前非常流行的B/S架構(gòu),并且使用模型-視圖-控制三層模式進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),在設(shè)計(jì)過程中,還采用了J2EE架構(gòu)以及Struts2和Hibernate技術(shù)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。系統(tǒng)采用的數(shù)據(jù)庫也是現(xiàn)在比較普及的SQL SERVER 2012。巴音學(xué)院供應(yīng)鏈管理實(shí)訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的核心業(yè)務(wù)主要有：基礎(chǔ)資料管理、生產(chǎn)管理、采購管理、倉儲管理、銷售管理、配送管理�；A(chǔ)資料管理功能模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)對本企業(yè)基本信息、客戶信息、供應(yīng)商信息、物流公司信息、物料信息、倉庫信息、部門信息、員工信息、車間信息、BOM信息等的錄入和管理,并且能夠系統(tǒng)模板對部門、員工、倉庫、物流、客戶等的信息進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)入。生產(chǎn)管理功能模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能有生產(chǎn)訂單管理、MRP操作、生產(chǎn)管理三個主要功能。采購管理功能主要實(shí)現(xiàn)采購計(jì)劃單、采購訂單錄入、采購訂單處理、采購訂單查詢、收貨單錄入、收貨單處理、收貨單查詢。配送管理功能主要實(shí)現(xiàn)配送作業(yè)管理和結(jié)算管理兩個功能。希望巴音學(xué)院通過使用這個供應(yīng)鏈管理實(shí)訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)能夠真正解決學(xué)生對于供應(yīng)鏈管理的實(shí)踐要求,提高學(xué)生對供應(yīng)鏈管理的深層認(rèn)識與理解。同時也能使巴音學(xué)院的供應(yīng)鏈管理教學(xué)水平更進(jìn)一步,成為國內(nèi)院校供應(yīng)鏈管理教學(xué)的領(lǐng)頭羊。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern science and technology, people pay more and more attention to knowledge and education. The original teaching mode of supply chain management in Bayin College can not meet the requirements of students' practice. So it can no longer meet the needs of current social development. Bayin College urgently needs a supply chain management simulation teaching system to help solve this problem. In order to improve the teaching quality of the college, the supply chain management training system of Bayin College refers to the actual teaching situation of Bayin College, and at the same time draws lessons from the technical methods used in the design of similar systems. Establish the technical framework of the system. First, the system adopts the very popular B / S architecture, and uses the model-view-control three-layer pattern to design, in the design process, The database used in the system is also the popular SQL SERVER 2012.The core business of the supply chain management training system in Bayin College is: basic data management, production management, and so on. Purchasing management, warehousing management, sales management, distribution management. Basic information management module to achieve the basic information of the enterprise, customer information, supplier information, logistics company information, material information, warehouse information, department information, Input and manage employee information, workshop information, BOM information, etc., and be able to form system templates to department, staff, warehouse, logistics, etc. The functions of production management function module include MRP operation of production order management, three main functions of production management. Purchase order processing, purchase order inquiry, receipt order entry, receipt order processing, Delivery management function mainly realizes the two functions of distribution operation management and settlement management. It is hoped that Bayin College can really solve the practical requirements of supply chain management by using this supply chain management training system. At the same time, it can further improve the teaching level of supply chain management in Bayin College, and become the leader of supply chain management teaching in domestic colleges and universities.
