【摘要】：正2月25日至26日,歐盟成員國主管農(nóng)業(yè)和漁業(yè)的部長在布魯塞爾開會,就馬肉冒充牛肉引發(fā)的"馬肉風波"商討對策。法國、德國、奧地利、英國、葡萄牙等國農(nóng)業(yè)部長們大都認為,當前保障食品安全的關(guān)鍵是:要對所有進入商品流通領(lǐng)域的食品貼上標簽,這樣才可能找到問題食品的污染源。但也有專家指出,考慮到肉類行業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈監(jiān)管不力,這個方案的可行性不大。
