【摘要】：為進(jìn)一步打牢長慶油田現(xiàn)代化管理基礎(chǔ)，確保油氣當(dāng)量5000萬噸能夠“上得去、穩(wěn)得住”，也能夠“管得好”，將長慶油田建設(shè)成為“技術(shù)領(lǐng)先、管理現(xiàn)代、綠色和諧、持續(xù)發(fā)展”的“西部大慶”。西安長慶油氣公司作為長慶油田下屬的三產(chǎn)單位，如何搞好公司的庫存管理，使公司的生產(chǎn)管理圍繞服務(wù)油氣田、提高顧客滿意度、提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、降低成本、增加員工福利來進(jìn)行配套設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)和經(jīng)濟(jì)意義。 作為企業(yè)正常運(yùn)營中的重要管理之一，庫存管理對企業(yè)的重要性越來越凸顯，而多方企業(yè)之間的競爭程度也日漸增加，供應(yīng)鏈間實(shí)現(xiàn)共贏的理念開始得到廣大企業(yè)的認(rèn)可�；诖�，筆者認(rèn)為需要從供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下出發(fā)，供應(yīng)鏈的角度，探究庫存管理的方法和技術(shù)，以期獲得更低的庫存成本、更快的訂單響應(yīng)速度和更高水平的客戶服務(wù)是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)庫存管理追求的目標(biāo)之一。此外，企業(yè)庫存管理中存在著明顯的“牛鞭效應(yīng)”企業(yè)大量的無效庫存由此而產(chǎn)生,從而更加劇了企業(yè)成本的負(fù)擔(dān)。對此，企業(yè)必須要從庫存管理入手降低運(yùn)營成本，需要面向企業(yè)物資展開合理配置和管理，有效提升現(xiàn)代企業(yè)庫存管理的實(shí)際運(yùn)作水平。從西安長慶油氣公司庫存管理現(xiàn)狀入手，深入內(nèi)部具體分析公司庫存管理中存在的問題及成因，對公司庫存管理展開庫存管理方法、庫存控制方法以及庫存需求預(yù)測方法的具體優(yōu)化措施。 本文中提出的運(yùn)用ABC分類控制法和多種庫存控制模型進(jìn)行庫存管理優(yōu)化，同時(shí)，分析了實(shí)施優(yōu)化措施面臨的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，提出應(yīng)對風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的方法，具有較高的可操作性，實(shí)戰(zhàn)性較強(qiáng)，在一定程度上能優(yōu)化企業(yè)的庫存，起到一定的降本增效作用，所以在企業(yè)的實(shí)際運(yùn)營中，，更具有現(xiàn)實(shí)的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In order to further strengthen the foundation of modern management in Changqing Oilfield, to ensure that the oil and gas equivalent of 50 million tons can be "up, stable" and "managed well", Changqing Oilfield will be built into a "leading technology, modern management, green harmony," "Western Daqing". Xi'an Changqing Oil & Gas Company, as a third production unit under Changqing Oilfield, how to do a good job in inventory management, so that the company's production management revolves around serving oil and gas fields, improving customer satisfaction, and improving product quality, Reducing costs and increasing employee benefits for supporting design and implementation has important practical and economic significance. As one of the important management in the normal operation of enterprises, the importance of inventory management is more and more prominent, and the degree of competition among various enterprises is increasing day by day. The concept of win-win between supply chains has been recognized by the majority of enterprises. Based on this, the author thinks that it is necessary to explore the methods and techniques of inventory management from the point of view of supply chain environment, in order to obtain lower inventory cost. Faster order response speed and higher level of customer service are one of the goals of modern enterprise inventory management. In addition, there is obvious "bullwhip effect" in enterprise inventory management. As a result, the burden of enterprise cost has been aggravated. For this reason, enterprises must start with inventory management to reduce operating costs, and they need to carry out rational allocation and management of materials and materials for enterprises. From the current situation of inventory management in Changqing Oil & Gas Company in Xi'an, the problems and causes of inventory management in the company are analyzed. To carry out inventory management methods, inventory control methods and inventory demand forecasting methods of specific optimization measures. In this paper, ABC classification control method and various inventory control models are used to optimize inventory management. At the same time, the practical problems and risks of implementing optimization measures are analyzed, and the methods to deal with risks are put forward, which have high maneuverability. The actual combat is strong, can optimize the enterprise inventory to a certain extent, play a certain role in reducing the cost and increasing efficiency, so in the actual operation of the enterprise, it has more practical guiding significance.
