【摘要】:供應商管理是供應鏈管理中最關(guān)鍵的工作之一,并已成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的第二利潤源,越來越多的企業(yè)開始重視供應商管理。企業(yè)擁有的供應商數(shù)量通常不只一家,如何有效管理數(shù)量眾多的供應商,如何評價與選擇適合企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的供應商,已成為企業(yè)謀求發(fā)展的重大問題。論文著眼于供應商分類管理和供應商評價與選擇這兩大管理課題,分析探索適合竹餐具經(jīng)銷企業(yè)的供應商管理辦法。論文研究了BS公司在全球經(jīng)濟下行,中國制造成本上升的大環(huán)境下,如何通過提高供應商管理效率,如何通過構(gòu)建合適的供應商選擇與評價體系,而找到與企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略匹配的供應商,建立新的競爭優(yōu)勢。論文通過對BS公司的供應商管理現(xiàn)狀進行研究,剖析供應商管理中存在的問題,探討供應商分類管理,運用層次分析法構(gòu)建供應商評價與選擇體系;論文運用了卡拉杰克矩陣,專家評分法,層次分析法的方法。研究結(jié)果表明:要提升供應鏈的盈利性,提高企業(yè)的獲利能力,就要對供應商進行分類管理,就要用科學的供應商評價與選擇體系選擇適合的供應商;對供應商進行分類管理,能夠提高供應商管理的效率和效果,降低成本,而科學的供應商評價與選擇體系則能確保供應的可持續(xù)性,降低供應風險。論文的研究能為類似企業(yè)改善供應商管理提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Supplier management is one of the most critical tasks in supply chain management and has become the second profit source of modern enterprises. More and more enterprises begin to attach importance to supplier management. How to effectively manage a large number of suppliers, how to evaluate and select suppliers suitable for enterprise development strategy, The thesis focuses on the management of supplier classification and supplier evaluation and selection. This paper analyzes and explores the supplier management methods suitable for bamboo tableware distribution enterprises. This paper studies how BS Company can improve the efficiency of supplier management in the global economic downturn and the rising manufacturing costs in China. How to establish a suitable supplier selection and evaluation system, and find the supplier matching with the enterprise development strategy, and establish a new competitive advantage. This paper analyzes the problems existing in supplier management, probes into supplier classification management, constructs supplier evaluation and selection system by using AHP, and applies Karaoke matrix, expert scoring method, The research results show that in order to improve the profitability of the supply chain and the profitability of enterprises, it is necessary to classify suppliers and select suitable suppliers with a scientific supplier evaluation and selection system. Classification management of suppliers can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of supplier management, reduce costs, and scientific supplier evaluation and selection system can ensure the sustainability of supply. Reduce supply risk. The research in this paper can provide reference for similar enterprises to improve supplier management.
