【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,其帶來(lái)的資源枯竭、環(huán)境嚴(yán)重污染、生態(tài)失衡等問(wèn)題也愈加嚴(yán)峻,這使得各企業(yè)競(jìng)相完善其供應(yīng)鏈管理模式,實(shí)施綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理。液晶面板生產(chǎn)企業(yè)作為電子信息行業(yè)中的一員,是典型的資源消耗大、污染較為嚴(yán)重的企業(yè),實(shí)施綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理勢(shì)在必行。在綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理實(shí)施過(guò)程中,對(duì)環(huán)境的影響程度是需要考慮的重要問(wèn)題。因此,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)H公司綠色供應(yīng)鏈的綠色度評(píng)價(jià)研究,對(duì)后續(xù)的持續(xù)跟進(jìn)和即時(shí)反饋具有重要意義。本文對(duì)H公司原本供應(yīng)鏈從運(yùn)作過(guò)程和管理模式兩方面進(jìn)行了分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)原本的供應(yīng)鏈管理中信息不順暢與不對(duì)稱、環(huán)境保護(hù)方面欠缺,并且控制過(guò)程缺少績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)三方面問(wèn)題,致使H公司的供應(yīng)鏈管理的各環(huán)節(jié)的綠色度并不高。由此可知,構(gòu)建適合H公司的綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理模型是至關(guān)重要的。本文以H公司為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外綠色供應(yīng)鏈理論和實(shí)際案例的研究成果,對(duì)H公司的綠色供應(yīng)鏈構(gòu)建和綠色度評(píng)價(jià)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究。運(yùn)用IDEF0方法建立了H公司綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理的功能模型,并對(duì)涉及到的各個(gè)管理環(huán)節(jié)的具體內(nèi)容進(jìn)行分析,便于明確各個(gè)管理環(huán)節(jié)間的關(guān)系及各自的實(shí)施內(nèi)容,可以高效的提升H公司綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理實(shí)施產(chǎn)生的環(huán)境效益和運(yùn)營(yíng)效率。并且在H公司綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理的實(shí)施之初,運(yùn)用層次分析和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)以各管理環(huán)節(jié)為基礎(chǔ)對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈的綠色度進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),以發(fā)現(xiàn)實(shí)施過(guò)程中相對(duì)薄弱的環(huán)節(jié),便于日后的管理的持續(xù)跟進(jìn)。另外,提出相應(yīng)的保障性措施便于更好地落實(shí)各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的實(shí)施內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, the problems of resource depletion, serious environmental pollution and ecological imbalance are becoming more and more serious, which makes enterprises compete to perfect their supply chain management model. As a member of electronic information industry, LCD panel manufacturing enterprise is a typical enterprise with large resource consumption and serious pollution. It is imperative to implement green supply chain management. In the process of implementing green supply chain management, the influence on environment is an important issue to be considered. Therefore, on the basis of this, the green degree evaluation of H company green supply chain is studied. This paper analyzes the operation process and management mode of the original supply chain of H Company, and finds out that the information in the original supply chain management is not smooth and asymmetric. The lack of environmental protection and the lack of performance evaluation in the control process lead to a low green degree in all aspects of H Company's supply chain management. It is very important to construct a green supply chain management model suitable for H Company. This paper takes H Company as the research object and combines the research results of domestic and foreign green supply chain theory and practical cases. This paper studies the green supply chain construction and green degree evaluation of H company, establishes the function model of H company green supply chain management by using IDEF0 method, and analyzes the concrete contents of each management link involved. It is convenient to clarify the relationship between various management links and their implementation content, which can effectively enhance the environmental benefits and operational efficiency of the implementation of Green supply chain Management in H Company. At the beginning of the implementation of Green supply chain Management in H Company, The green degree of supply chain is evaluated on the basis of various management links by using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, in order to find the relatively weak links in the implementation process and facilitate the continuous follow-up of management in the future. Put forward the corresponding safeguard measures to better implement the implementation of each link.
