【摘要】：在主輔分離,打破壟斷的大背景下,電力行業(yè)形成了一條由發(fā)電、輸配電、用電、電建、設計、科研等主輔產業(yè)組合而成的電能供應鏈。由于電能供應鏈存在的時間短、電力體制改革仍未深化、市場競爭不夠等問題的存在,電能供應鏈的運行績效還有很大的提升空間。如何有效地提出一套科學的措施來提升電能供應鏈的運行績效,是促進電力行業(yè)發(fā)展的重大課題之一。 本文從關系資本的角度出發(fā),在總結關系資本、電能供應鏈績效相關理論成果的基礎上,提出了一套電力行業(yè)關系資本及電能供應鏈績效的測量體系,提出了關系資本對電能供應鏈績效具有顯著影響的假設,制作并發(fā)放了調查問卷,收集有效的樣本數據。為更好的研究兩者之間的關系,文章構建了關系資本對電能供應鏈績效的影響模型。為驗證模型的有效性,本文對問卷進行了預測試,同時結合因子分析、相關分析以及回歸模型等方法對收集的正式樣本數據進行了實證研究。得到了以下結論：關系資本的五個構成維度中,信息共享維度、聯接強度維度、信任維度以及專用資產投入維度對電能供應鏈績效有顯著影響,呈正相關關系,而組織適應性維度對電能供應鏈績效的影響不顯著,沒有進入到回歸模型中。在提出的六個假設中,中間四個得到了分析結果的支持,第一個假設和第六個假設沒有通過檢驗。 結合實證研究得到的結果,文章提出了提高電能供應鏈績效的幾大措施,對提高當下電能供應鏈績效具有重要的現實意義。最后,論文對研究結論進行了總結,并提出了未來對這一領域研究的建議和展望。
[Abstract]:Under the background of separating the main and auxiliary industries and breaking the monopoly, the electric power industry has formed a power supply chain composed of power generation, transmission and distribution, electricity consumption, electricity construction, design, scientific research and other main and auxiliary industries. Because of the short time of existence of the power supply chain, The reform of electric power system has not been deepened and the market competition is not enough. There is still much room to improve the performance of power supply chain. How to put forward a set of scientific measures to improve the performance of power supply chain effectively? It is one of the important topics to promote the development of electric power industry. From the angle of relational capital, this paper puts forward a set of measurement system of power industry relational capital and power supply chain performance based on summarizing the related theories of relational capital and power supply chain performance. This paper puts forward the hypothesis that relational capital has a significant impact on the performance of power supply chain, and makes and distributes a questionnaire to collect valid sample data. In order to verify the validity of the model, the questionnaire is used to predict and test the performance of the power supply chain, and a factor analysis is used to analyze the impact of relational capital on the performance of the power supply chain. Correlation analysis and regression model are used to study the formal sample data collected. The conclusions are as follows: among the five dimensions of relational capital, the dimension of information sharing, the dimension of connection intensity, and so on. The dimension of trust and investment of special assets have significant influence on the performance of power supply chain, and there is a positive correlation, while the dimension of organizational adaptability has no significant effect on the performance of power supply chain. Out of the six hypotheses presented, four of them are supported by the results of the analysis, the first and the sixth have not passed the test. Combined with the results of empirical research, this paper puts forward several measures to improve the performance of power supply chain, which has important practical significance to improve the performance of current power supply chain. Finally, the paper summarizes the conclusions of the research. Suggestions and prospects for future research in this field are put forward.
