【摘要】：研究銷售商居于主導(dǎo)地位的二級(jí)供應(yīng)鏈質(zhì)量控制系統(tǒng),運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)方法,分別構(gòu)建供應(yīng)鏈質(zhì)量控制的正式契約和關(guān)系契約協(xié)調(diào)模型。仿真結(jié)果表明,正式契約在合理范圍內(nèi)取值時(shí)可以達(dá)到協(xié)調(diào)供應(yīng)鏈質(zhì)量控制的目的,但它對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈各級(jí)成員沒(méi)有"自我實(shí)施"約束力,無(wú)法有效激勵(lì)供應(yīng)鏈雙方致力于提高其質(zhì)量努力程度;關(guān)系契約在一定范圍內(nèi)不僅可以實(shí)現(xiàn)利潤(rùn)在供應(yīng)鏈成員企業(yè)之間的合理分配,提升供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)整體績(jī)效,而且可以形成"自我實(shí)施"軟約束力,該約束力的條件是貼現(xiàn)因子大于門(mén)檻值,且隨著貼現(xiàn)因子的增大,關(guān)系契約的"自我實(shí)施"約束力越強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the secondary supply chain quality control system which is dominated by vendors. By using the system dynamics method, the formal contract and relational contract coordination models of supply chain quality control are constructed, respectively. The simulation results show that, The formal contract can achieve the purpose of coordinating the supply chain quality control when the value is taken within a reasonable range, but it has no "self-enforcement" binding force on the members of the supply chain at all levels, so it can not effectively motivate both sides of the supply chain to strive to improve their quality efforts. The relationship contract can not only realize the reasonable distribution of profit among the supply chain member enterprises, but also improve the whole performance of the supply chain system, and form the "self-implementation" soft binding force. The binding condition is that the discount factor is greater than the threshold, and with the increase of the discount factor, the stronger the binding force of the relationship contract is.
