【摘要】：供應鏈金融的產生有其深刻的歷史背景和市場需求，是隨著供應鏈及供應鏈管理理論與實踐的發(fā)展而形成并發(fā)展而來的，難問題提供了新的思路。隨著全球范圍內產業(yè)鏈分工協作日趨發(fā)展，同時伴隨著互聯網技術及電子信息技術的發(fā)展，。 本文首先從文獻研究入手，對供應鏈金融的相關理論進行了分析，厘清了供應鏈金融的概念，并對供應鏈金融的供給主體發(fā)展趨勢展開了分析研究。而后，，結合理論分析，，指出了國內供應鏈金融發(fā)展存在供給主體單一化的問題。 針對這一問題，本文提出了供應鏈核心企業(yè)、第三方物流企業(yè)、B2B電商企業(yè)等非銀行主體轉型發(fā)展供應鏈金融的觀點，并進行了必要性、可行性分析，提出了轉型的相關措施。在非銀行主體發(fā)展供應鏈金融的具體實現途徑上，本文提出了創(chuàng)建“供應鏈金融服務公司”的解決思路，并從具體應用角度給出了相關運作模式、產品與服務內容及流程、風險管理措施等具體方式。最后，結合作者工作實際，通過具體實踐案例，進一步驗證非銀行主體創(chuàng)建“供應鏈金融服務公司”的實際應用意義。
[Abstract]:The emergence of supply chain finance has its profound historical background and market demand. It is formed and developed with the development of supply chain and supply chain management theory and practice. With the development of industrial chain division and cooperation in the world, the development of Internet technology and electronic information technology has been accompanied by the development of Internet technology and electronic information technology. This paper begins with the literature research, analyzes the related theories of supply chain finance, clarifies the concept of supply chain finance, and analyzes the development trend of supply main body of supply chain finance. Based on the theoretical analysis, this paper points out the problem of the supply entity being single in the development of domestic supply chain finance. In order to solve this problem, this paper puts forward the view that the key enterprises of supply chain, third party logistics enterprises and B2B e-commerce enterprises transform and develop the supply chain finance, and analyzes the necessity and feasibility. Put forward the relevant measures of transformation. In the non-bank development of supply chain finance in the specific ways, this paper proposed to create "supply chain financial services company" solution. And from the specific application point of view to give the relevant operation mode, product and service content and process, risk management measures and other specific ways. Finally, combined with the actual work of the author, through specific practice cases. Further verify the practical significance of the establishment of supply chain financial services company by non-bank entities.
