基于CPFR模型的C公司庫(kù)存管理應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:在當(dāng)前競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境中,企業(yè)如何有效地降低供應(yīng)鏈管理成本,提高供應(yīng)鏈的整體效率顯得日趨重要。而庫(kù)存管理又是供應(yīng)鏈管理的一個(gè)重要組成部分。傳統(tǒng)的庫(kù)存管理側(cè)重于對(duì)本企業(yè)庫(kù)存預(yù)測(cè)和管理,而基于信息共享的供應(yīng)鏈庫(kù)存管理更強(qiáng)調(diào)供應(yīng)鏈的全體成員參與和協(xié)同的庫(kù)存管理,將顯著降低整體供應(yīng)鏈庫(kù)存,實(shí)現(xiàn)共同參與企業(yè)的雙贏。 本文對(duì)供應(yīng)商管理庫(kù)存、聯(lián)合管理庫(kù)存理論進(jìn)行了概述,并對(duì)CPFR(協(xié)作計(jì)劃、預(yù)測(cè)和補(bǔ)給)的概念、來源、指導(dǎo)原則和實(shí)施步驟進(jìn)行了詳盡的闡述,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)上述三種管理模式進(jìn)行優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)的比較,重點(diǎn)強(qiáng)調(diào)了實(shí)施CPFR在降低庫(kù)存和提高服務(wù)水平上的優(yōu)勢(shì)。在分析了C公司的現(xiàn)狀和其庫(kù)存管理中存在的問題后,進(jìn)行了基于CPFR模式對(duì)其進(jìn)行庫(kù)存管理改革的可行性研究,并提出了實(shí)施建議。著重陳述了C公司可采取的庫(kù)存設(shè)置方式和補(bǔ)貨模型、建立庫(kù)存材料的監(jiān)管體系、供應(yīng)商的選取原則和相應(yīng)的管理方式、利潤(rùn)在合作企業(yè)間的分配原則和機(jī)制以及供應(yīng)鏈合作企業(yè)面對(duì)例外情況的處理機(jī)制,以期通過這些改進(jìn)有效提高C公司與供應(yīng)商的協(xié)同預(yù)測(cè)水平,,顯著降低庫(kù)存和節(jié)約企業(yè)成本。最后為C公司能夠順利實(shí)施CPFR,提出了三點(diǎn)保障措施。
[Abstract]:In the current competitive market environment, how to effectively reduce the cost of supply chain management. It is increasingly important to improve the overall efficiency of supply chain, and inventory management is an important part of supply chain management. Traditional inventory management focuses on the prediction and management of the enterprise inventory. The information sharing based supply chain inventory management emphasizes the participation of all members of the supply chain and collaborative inventory management, which will significantly reduce the overall supply chain inventory, and achieve a win-win situation for the participating enterprises. This paper summarizes the theory of vendor managed inventory and joint management inventory, and elaborates the concept, source, guiding principles and implementation steps of CPFR (Collaborative Plan, Prediction and Replenishment). On this basis, the advantages and disadvantages of the above three management models are compared. Emphasis is placed on the advantages of implementing CPFR in reducing inventory and improving service level. After analyzing the current situation of company C and the existing problems in its inventory management. The feasibility study of inventory management reform based on CPFR mode is carried out, and some suggestions are put forward. The inventory setting mode and replenishment model can be adopted by C company are emphatically stated. Establish inventory materials supervision system, supplier selection principles and corresponding management methods, profit distribution principles and mechanisms among the cooperative enterprises and supply chain cooperative enterprises to deal with the exception mechanism. It is expected that these improvements can effectively improve the level of collaborative prediction between C Company and suppliers, significantly reduce inventory and save enterprise costs. Finally, three safeguard measures are put forward for C Company to implement CPFRsuccessfully.
