【摘要】：在"菜鳥網絡"的愿景構想下,從構建供應鏈體系的角度出發(fā),分析了供應鏈中各方優(yōu)勢及價值,并分析了在該體系下電商全新的物流運作模式。發(fā)現(xiàn)其在運作主體經營模式、倉儲管理、業(yè)務利益分配、信息共享、資源整合等方面存在一定風險,提出合理規(guī)劃倉儲中心、制定倉儲物流標準、班次運作、專業(yè)分工實現(xiàn)競合等對策。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the advantages and values of all parties in the supply chain from the perspective of constructing the supply chain system under the vision of the " Net Bird Network " , and analyzes the brand new logistics operation mode in the system . It is found that it has some risks in the operation mode , the warehousing management , the distribution of business interests , the information sharing and the resource integration , and puts forward the countermeasures of reasonable planning of the warehousing center , the development of the warehousing logistics standard , the shift operation and the realization of professional division of labor .
