【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化愈演愈烈,各國(guó)企業(yè)在不斷提高自身素質(zhì)的同時(shí)也費(fèi)盡心力應(yīng)對(duì)這一全球性的經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)象。作為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的引領(lǐng)者,發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的企業(yè)率先出擊,為了滿足全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展要求跨國(guó)公司應(yīng)運(yùn)而生?鐕(guó)公司在優(yōu)化配置全球資源和提高利潤(rùn)率方面的優(yōu)勢(shì)顯使得這一運(yùn)行方式倍受青睞。跨國(guó)公司在發(fā)展過(guò)程中會(huì)遇到來(lái)自不同利益體的阻礙和干預(yù),這些障礙或來(lái)自政策規(guī)定或來(lái)自文化差異,但總結(jié)起來(lái)就是跨國(guó)公司到底應(yīng)該實(shí)施全球化戰(zhàn)略還是本土化化戰(zhàn)略之間的沖突。本文從兩者之間的共通點(diǎn)出發(fā),尋找能夠把兩者聯(lián)系起來(lái)的結(jié)點(diǎn),提出了只有解決雙方之間的沖突不斷建立聯(lián)系,才能保證平穩(wěn)發(fā)展的觀點(diǎn)。跨國(guó)公司是以全球化為目標(biāo)以本土化為手段來(lái)進(jìn)行全球范圍內(nèi)的各種擴(kuò)張活動(dòng)。隨著跨國(guó)公司不斷的發(fā)展,本土化在跨國(guó)公司全球發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中的地位也上升到了跨國(guó)公司能否在不同地區(qū)立足的高度。因此,跨國(guó)公司推行本土化戰(zhàn)略的研究不僅能夠保障跨國(guó)公司全球化戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施而且還具有很強(qiáng)的理論意義與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文站在具體產(chǎn)業(yè)的角度,用全新的視角將本土化戰(zhàn)略的思想與跨國(guó)公司產(chǎn)生發(fā)展理論聯(lián)系起來(lái),在剖析跨國(guó)公司本土化戰(zhàn)略的大環(huán)境的同時(shí)注重對(duì)德國(guó)博世公司在華本土化戰(zhàn)略的系統(tǒng)化研究。論文包括緒論部分共有五章,從三個(gè)主要方面展開(kāi)論述。首先論述本課題研究背景及研究意義,對(duì)與本土化戰(zhàn)略相關(guān)的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究成果進(jìn)行了梳理和分析,在文獻(xiàn)綜述的基礎(chǔ)上提出了對(duì)本土化的研究方法。同時(shí),指出了本文的創(chuàng)新和不足。其次,把論文重點(diǎn)放在了博世集團(tuán)在華本土化戰(zhàn)略的分析,通過(guò)理論層面上跨國(guó)公司在華本土化戰(zhàn)略的原因及主要內(nèi)容與表現(xiàn)形式的分析,把本土化研究戰(zhàn)略的焦點(diǎn)放在跨國(guó)公司在供應(yīng)鏈、人力資源、研發(fā)上和企業(yè)文化的本土化上。結(jié)合博世集團(tuán)在華本土化戰(zhàn)略過(guò)程中的具體事例形象的描述了跨國(guó)公司在華本土化戰(zhàn)略的前因后果。最后,總結(jié)了博世集團(tuán)在華本土化戰(zhàn)略產(chǎn)生的深遠(yuǎn)影響,并探討了跨國(guó)公司在華本土化戰(zhàn)略所帶來(lái)的啟示。
[Abstract]:The economic globalization is becoming more and more intense, the enterprises of various countries are constantly improving their own quality, and at the same time, they also try their best to deal with this global economic phenomenon. As the leader of the world economic development, the enterprises of the developed countries take the lead in attacking. In order to meet the requirements of global economic development, multinational corporations emerge as the times require. The advantages of transnational corporations in optimizing the allocation of global resources and increasing profit margins make this mode of operation very popular. There are obstacles and interventions from different stakeholders. These obstacles come from policy regulations or cultural differences, but in summary, it is the conflict between the globalization strategy and the localization strategy. This paper starts from the common point between the two. Looking for a node that can connect the two, it is proposed that only the conflict between the two sides to establish a continuous link. In order to ensure the smooth development of the point of view. Transnational corporations take globalization as the goal and localization as a means to carry out various global expansion activities. With the continuous development of transnational corporations. Localization in the global development strategy of transnational corporations has also risen to the level of whether multinational corporations can be established in different regions. The research on the localization strategy of multinational corporations can not only guarantee the implementation of globalization strategy of transnational corporations, but also have strong theoretical and practical significance. The idea of localization strategy is connected with the development theory of multinational corporations in a new perspective. At the same time, it pays attention to the systematic study of German Bosch's localization strategy in China. The thesis includes five chapters. First of all, the research background and significance of this topic are discussed, and the domestic and foreign research results related to the localization strategy are combed and analyzed. On the basis of literature review, this paper puts forward the research method of localization. At the same time, it points out the innovation and deficiency of this paper. Secondly, the paper focuses on the analysis of the localization strategy of Bosch Group in China. Through the theoretical analysis of the reasons, main contents and manifestations of the localization strategy of multinational corporations in China, the focus of the localization research strategy is put on the supply chain and human resources of the multinational companies. Research and development and the localization of corporate culture. Combined with Bosch Group in the process of localization strategy in China specific examples of the image described the multinational companies in China localization strategy of the causes and consequences. Finally. This paper summarizes the profound influence of the localization strategy of Bosch Group in China, and probes into the enlightenment brought by the localization strategy of multinational corporations in China.
