行為主義學(xué)習(xí)理論在公共管理教學(xué)中的多元融合探析

【摘要】:行為主義學(xué)習(xí)理論作為一個(gè)極富影響力的理論,起源于20世紀(jì)初的美國,其后產(chǎn)生較大影響。隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展,行為主義學(xué)習(xí)理論的觀點(diǎn)雖受到一些批判,但其理論與實(shí)證可操作性的研究方法仍存在科學(xué)合理的部分,值得我們研究和利用在日常課程教學(xué)中。公共管理學(xué)課程因其理論知識(shí)較多,在傳統(tǒng)課程教學(xué)中經(jīng)常存在著以教師傳授為主、課堂教學(xué)形式單一或者和結(jié)果評價(jià)為主的局限,使理論學(xué)習(xí)與實(shí)踐學(xué)習(xí)出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重分離,難以提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性且教學(xué)效果不佳,本文著重從行為主義學(xué)習(xí)理論的要義出發(fā),結(jié)合教學(xué)實(shí)踐,探析行為主義學(xué)習(xí)理論在公共管理課程教學(xué)中的多元融合,以及推進(jìn)公共管理課程教學(xué)的實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:Behaviorist learning theory, as an influential theory, originated in America at the beginning of the 20th century, and has had a great influence since then. With the development of the times, although the viewpoint of behaviorist learning theory has been criticized, there is still a scientific and reasonable part of the theoretical and empirical operable research methods, which is worthy of our study and utilization in the daily curriculum teaching. Because of its more theoretical knowledge, there are many limitations in the traditional curriculum teaching, such as teacher teaching, single classroom teaching or evaluation of results, which makes theoretical learning and practical learning seriously separate. It is difficult to improve the enthusiasm of students and the teaching effect is not good. This paper focuses on the main point of behaviorism learning theory, combining with teaching practice, to explore the plural integration of behaviorism learning theory in the teaching of public management curriculum. And the practical significance of promoting the public management course teaching.
