《非營利組織財(cái)務(wù)管理:政策與程序》(第三章)翻譯報(bào)告

【摘要】:本文是一篇翻譯項(xiàng)目報(bào)告。翻譯項(xiàng)目的原文為約翰·澤特羅(John Zietlow)、約·安漢金(JoAnn Hankin)和艾倫·桑德納(Alan G. Seidner)著的《非營利組織財(cái)務(wù)管理:政策與程序》(Translation project report for Financial Management for Nonprofit Organizations: Policiesand Practices)中的第三章“管理任務(wù)和策略”(Managing Mission and Strategy)。原章節(jié)主要闡述了戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃、戰(zhàn)略管理過程及如何運(yùn)用平衡計(jì)分卡等績效管理方式判斷現(xiàn)行策略的實(shí)施情況,既為財(cái)務(wù)經(jīng)理及董事會制定更明智的戰(zhàn)略決策提供依據(jù),也使公共管理專業(yè)的學(xué)生充分了解戰(zhàn)略管理的基本知識,更好地指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐活動。本報(bào)告的主要內(nèi)容分四部分,第一部分是翻譯項(xiàng)目介紹,包括作者簡介、原著簡介、原文內(nèi)容和項(xiàng)目意義。原文介紹了戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃及用有效的績效管理方式評估計(jì)劃,確保企業(yè)完成使命和發(fā)展目標(biāo)。第二部分是對原文的分析及提出翻譯策略,包括分析文本特點(diǎn),闡述翻譯難點(diǎn)和翻譯策略及翻譯準(zhǔn)備。原文屬于信息類文本,翻譯的重點(diǎn)在于準(zhǔn)確地傳遞信息和讀者的感受,宜采用紐馬克的交際翻譯策略。第三部分是翻譯方法及譯例分析。在翻譯時(shí),,詞義選擇、長難句處理及中英思維差異的恰當(dāng)表達(dá)是最大的難點(diǎn)。因此,譯者采用了拆分、意譯、轉(zhuǎn)換等翻譯方法進(jìn)行處理,并結(jié)合例子進(jìn)行詳細(xì)探討。第四部分是總結(jié)在翻譯過程中所得到的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)和仍待解決的問題。
[Abstract]:This article is a translation project report. The original version of the translation project is John Zetro (John Zietlow), Anhankin, (JoAnn Hankin), and Alan Sandner (Alan G. Seidner), "Financial Management of nonprofit organizations: policies and procedures." (Managing Mission and Strategy)., Chapter 3, "Management tasks and Strategies," in (Translation project report for Financial Management for Nonprofit Organizations: Policiesand Practices). The original chapter mainly expounds the strategic planning, the strategic management process and how to use the balanced Scorecard to judge the implementation of the current strategy, which provides the basis for the financial managers and the board of directors to make more intelligent strategic decisions. It also makes students of public management fully understand the basic knowledge of strategic management and better guide practical activities. The main content of this report is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction of the translation project, including the author's brief introduction, the original book's brief introduction, the original text's content and the project meaning. This paper introduces the strategic planning and the effective performance management evaluation plan to ensure that the enterprise accomplishes its mission and development goals. The second part is an analysis of the original text and puts forward translation strategies, including analysis of the characteristics of the text, translation difficulties, translation strategies and translation preparation. The original text belongs to informational text. The key point of translation lies in the accurate transmission of information and readers' feelings. Therefore, Newmark's communicative translation strategy should be adopted. The third part is the translation method and example analysis. In translation, the choice of word meaning, the treatment of long difficult sentences and the proper expression of Chinese and English thinking differences are the most difficult points. Therefore, the translator adopts translation methods such as split, free translation and conversion, and discusses them in detail with examples. The fourth part is a summary of the experience and lessons learned in the process of translation and the problems still to be solved.
