【摘要】：我國是一個(gè)社會(huì)主義發(fā)展中國家,而在一個(gè)社會(huì)主義國家建設(shè)的過程當(dāng)中,政府與公民的關(guān)系變得尤為重要,是一個(gè)具有歷史性意義的重要問題。在我國的政府與公民的關(guān)系當(dāng)中,存在著許許多多的問題,層次不一�，F(xiàn)代化國家的政府與公民的關(guān)系是平等的、友好的。本文首先對新公共管理進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,包括概述、產(chǎn)生的背景以及主要內(nèi)容;其次對在公共管理上產(chǎn)生的問題進(jìn)行了論述;最后,對在新公共管理下的法治社會(huì)中,對政府和公民的關(guān)系重新做了正確的定位。
[Abstract]:China is a socialist developing country, and in the process of building a socialist country, the relationship between government and citizens becomes particularly important, which is an important issue of historic significance. In the relationship between government and citizens, there are many problems and different levels. The relationship between government and citizens in modern countries is equal and friendly. Firstly, this paper analyzes the new public management in detail, including the overview, the background and the main contents; secondly, discusses the problems in the public management; finally, it discusses the rule of law society under the new public management. The relationship between the government and citizens has been re-positioned.
