【摘要】：新的發(fā)展環(huán)境下,科技創(chuàng)新已成為推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要驅(qū)動(dòng)因素,同時(shí)科技服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展中的問(wèn)題日益明顯。如何建立先進(jìn)、有效的現(xiàn)代科技服務(wù)體系和發(fā)展模式,是公共管理和服務(wù)研究與實(shí)踐領(lǐng)域中的典型問(wèn)題。通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)代科技服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與趨勢(shì)的分析,深入剖析了其存在的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合社會(huì)需求和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境的變化,分析了現(xiàn)代科技服務(wù)體系的需求特征,提出了基于價(jià)值網(wǎng)的區(qū)域一體化的科技服務(wù)體系模型,給出了面向服務(wù)的協(xié)同發(fā)展新模式的對(duì)策與建議。
[Abstract]:In the new development environment, scientific and technological innovation has become an important driving factor to promote economic and social development, and the problems in the development of science and technology service industry are becoming increasingly obvious. How to establish an advanced and effective modern science and technology service system and development mode is a typical problem in the field of public administration and service research and practice. Based on the analysis of the present situation and trend of the development of modern science and technology service industry, the existing problems are deeply analyzed, and the demand characteristics of modern science and technology service system are analyzed according to the changes of social demand and competitive environment. This paper puts forward the model of regional integration of science and technology service system based on value net, and gives the countermeasures and suggestions of the new mode of service-oriented cooperative development.
