【摘要】：20世紀(jì)90年代起,在以美國(guó)為代表的西方國(guó)家的環(huán)境管理領(lǐng)域中,合作途徑成為越來(lái)越重要的政策選擇和管理實(shí)踐,并受到了公共管理學(xué)界特別是環(huán)境管理研究者的廣泛重視�；诟拍钛葸M(jìn)的視角,本文以合作型環(huán)境管理的內(nèi)涵厘清為基礎(chǔ),通過對(duì)它的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)、影響因素以及過程和結(jié)果的評(píng)估進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)梳理,嘗試?yán)L制一幅分析和理解合作型環(huán)境管理研究進(jìn)展的圖景。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, the cooperative approach has become more and more important policy choice and management practice in the western countries represented by the United States, and has been paid more and more attention to by the public management circles, especially the environmental management researchers. Based on the perspective of conceptual evolution, this paper clarifies the connotation of cooperative environmental management, and systematically combs the theoretical and practical basis, influencing factors, process and results of cooperative environmental management. Try to draw a picture of analysis and understanding of research progress in cooperative environmental management.
