【摘要】：公共服務(wù)能力的缺失是當(dāng)前公共管理學(xué)科人才培養(yǎng)中亟待解決的問題。大力加強實踐教學(xué)和其他實踐環(huán)節(jié),培養(yǎng)復(fù)合型人才,提高學(xué)生解決復(fù)雜、綜合性公共問題的能力和水平,是提升公共管理學(xué)科人才公共服務(wù)能力的現(xiàn)實選擇和必由之路。
[Abstract]:The lack of public service ability is an urgent problem to be solved in the training of talents in public administration discipline . It is necessary to strengthen practical teaching and other practical links , cultivate compound talents , improve the ability and level of students to solve complex and comprehensive public problems , and are the realistic choice and the only way to improve the public administration discipline talents ' public service ability .
