【摘要】：正進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,隨著綜合國(guó)力的不斷提升,中國(guó)外交取得了一系列顯著成就。但世界局勢(shì)和地區(qū)環(huán)境的深刻變化,也給中國(guó)外交帶來了諸多新的課題和挑戰(zhàn)。6月20—21日,"中國(guó)外交的新起點(diǎn)"高端論壇在河南鄭州大學(xué)舉行。本次會(huì)議由外交學(xué)院《外交評(píng)論》編輯部、鄭州大學(xué)公共管理學(xué)院和中國(guó)國(guó)際關(guān)系學(xué)會(huì)聯(lián)合舉辦。來自國(guó)內(nèi)高校及研究機(jī)構(gòu)的20多位專家學(xué)者參加研討。河南省政協(xié)學(xué)習(xí)和文史委員會(huì)主任、河南省應(yīng)急管理專家組組長(zhǎng)介新教授,外交學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng)、中國(guó)國(guó)際關(guān)系學(xué)會(huì)秘書長(zhǎng)朱立群教授出席并致辭。
[Abstract]:Since entering the 21 st century, with the continuous improvement of comprehensive national strength, China's diplomacy has made a series of remarkable achievements. However, the profound changes in the world situation and the regional environment have also brought many new topics and challenges to China's diplomacy. On June 20-21, the "New starting Point for China's diplomacy" was held at Zhengzhou University in Henan Province. The conference was jointly organized by the editorial department of the Foreign Affairs College, the School of Public Administration of Zhengzhou University and the China Society of International Relations. More than 20 experts and scholars from domestic universities and research institutions participated in the discussion. Professor Xie Xin, director of the Committee on Learning, Literature and History of the Chinese people's political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), and head of the Henan Emergency Management Group, Professor Zhu Liqun, vice president of the Institute of Foreign Affairs and Secretary General of the China Society for International Relations, attended and delivered a
